Great hotel near to walk to the parks, great cleaning and staff

The beds were comfortable

Electricity went out and I was there with my medically fragile daughter who is on constant oxygen and feeding pump. They had no estimated time to have power back on so I made the decision to drive home an hour and a half and make sure my daughter would be ok and not take any chances. I tried to get a refund and I was denied even after explaining my situation when mind you at check out they said it would be no problem and even apologized but don’t recommend this place if you want a trustworthy place

Our stay here was overall good! The sheets were very clean and the whole room was as well. The hotel does NOT include a shuttle to Disneyland like stated on hotels.com. The AC unit was very temperamental and kept shutting off during the night. The staff were very polite and helpful when assistance was needed.

Staff was great, older place but everything is well maintained. The AC unit was older but worked perfectly. Vouchers for breakfast at Denny’s in the property. Daily parking fee.

The rooms were spotless! The carpets are shampooed and cleaned regularly and we saw the vacant rooms getting deep cleans. The laundry facility was very convenient. The property is about an 18 minute walk to Disneyland and DCA. There are tons of restaurants within walking distance. I would absolutely recommend staying here!

The room and property were very clean and quiet. It was a nice surprise to have a Denny's in the parking lot. Conveniently located near Disneyland, but not too close. Quick drive but it would be a long walk to the parks. We will definitely stay here again!

Location was great for the convention center. Parking was easy and we were able to park right by our room.

Could hear people walking around upstairs very clearly , walls were just really thin. I believe we should get a refund for being lied to about having transportation available, because we had to paid 40.00 each day we were there 3day. I usually book at the majestic Hotel for that reason, but we have been having luck with best western, not this one at all. If the pool wasn’t nice that would have definitely been the last straw! My son came from anchorage alaska with his family , for leave from the military for a rest and relaxing vacay and got little to no sleep , because of the people above him , and after they checked out they put more people up there…we booked two room 150 and 151. You may not want to have this hotel on your site.

Great family hotel , close to Disneyland.

Clean and comfortable Everything was great

It was not clean! it was clean to at the first glance. Roaches i found. I threw all of our luggage out did not put on the floor grose recommended remove the carpets and get fake wood. Our last night the pool had a poop in the bottom of the pool. Not good! The convenience of the location walk to every park and convention center!

Clogged sink, leaky bathroom. Maintenance came and tried fixing waking up my family and yet it was not fixed. Issues with breakfast coupons too.. won’t go again.

Great affordable hotel within 20 minutes walking to Disneyland.

The location was great, loved the breakfast vouchers to Dennys (where their staff was absolutely wonderful), and the pool & hot tub area. We also loved that we could see the Disneyland fireworks each evening, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling, greeted us each time we walked by, and the team of front desk attendants were great! Nothing, it was a perfect spot for us!

We came in at 10:30 at night and I had previously requested to be closer to the front of the hotel but when I got there, they placed us at the very back of the property. The rooms were not nice at all. The person working in the back counter was very rude to me. The breakfast that was supposed to be included was a voucher at Denny’s next-door. That was only good for one use per receipt. There were two of us in our party so we were unable to utilize it. Overall horrible hotel use another one if you can.

Our stay was good here, rooms were decent sized, perfect distance from Disney. The free dennys was awesome and convenient. The only thing I wish is some more washers and dryers to be available. Other than that it was a great stay!
