Very friendly staff, it has an outdoor pool and a hot tub to enjoy, close to the Disneyland resort, breakfast at Denny’s restaurant is great and there’s a strip mall beside it, which is very convenient as well : )

Being walking distance to Disneyland was really great. We woke up bright and early to eat a hot breakfast at Denny's and spent the morning and early afternoon at Disney, came back for a nap/dip in the pool, and then walked back to Disney for the evening until it closed at midnight. We ate an early supper on our return walk to Disney at the pub/restaurant on the corner (Finney's Crafthouse) and it was delicious. When you walk, make sure to cut across just before the first Disney hotel, into the main Disney parking lot, it's a bit of a shortcut to the first gate (security). The outdoor pool was nice and had a deep end, which was fun. Negatives: 1. The water pressure for showering was terrible. 2. the front desk wasn't able to borrow me a wine glass, so i had to use the flimsy plastic cups in the room (gross 😂) 3. I was under the assumption that there was a free Denny's breakfast voucher. However, there is only 2 free breakfasts per room per day and we were a family of four, so our breakfast was never free. There is however, free grab and go breakfast bags at the front desk containing an orange, packaged pastry thing and a granola bar.

Our flight was delayed, got in super late with two kids by myself on the day we should have checked in to our room so our friend who was picking us up from LAX let us stay with her. I paid up front for our stay so I assumed I could just check in the next morning since it was PAID FOR but apparently that counts as a no show which I didn’t know because I would never pay for something and not show up intentionally. Called the property and they couldn’t have been ruder, wouldn’t help and I had to find a new hotel for four nights and they refused to refund any of my money. This put a huge damper on our Disney trip and I cannot believe a hotel can take payment for a room and resell the room to someone else if you don’t show up. I should be able to show up for an already paid room whenever I want because it’s PAID FOR! We had this place booked again for our next trip and I immediately cancelled. Very disappointed in Expedia and this hotel for its lack of professionalism and understanding for a situation outside of my control. I was told if you don’t call, it’s considered a no show but I did call but couldn’t get someone at the front desk on the phone but I assumed it was because it was late and again, I wasn’t worried because it was already PAID FOR. I would never stay somewhere that treats people the way they treated me.

Breakfast is now. Grab & Go 🤔air conditioning unit have to run for air but so old & loud you cannot sleep well as they cut in & out. Location was good but I would not choose that hotel again- I would prefer for a full service hotel for what you are paying

We stayed at this hotel in April for our Disney trip and this was one of the best places we've stayed at yet. Staff was friendly, location was perfect, the room was wonderful, and the grounds were very clean.

They advertise free breakfast I booked a room for 4 people and the “free breakfast” was goodie bags with only two vouchers to the Denny’s next door for a free breakfast so it was falsely advertised

Ac unit was the old kind sink was clogged ask for it to get fix supposely they did but kept doing same thing breakfast was just a water bottle orange granola bar and abread and tv wasnt letting me sign in to watch movies

You have to pay for the parking $15 dollars a day this is ridiculous! Free breakfast is in Dennys ( 3 items for the menu can be pancakes, eggs, toast, hash browns, bacon and a drink. for 2 persons for room and the the rest can grab a packed breakfast in the front desk with a bottle of water, old nature valley bar, an orange and cheap packed bread, You better look for something better cause not worth the price and trouble.

For me and my family there was absolutely nothing we did not like or were displeased with.

During our stay they gave access to our room to a complete stranger. While getting ready, a man walked into our room claiming it was his. We spoke to staff at the time of incident and they did not want to contact the manager after demanding we speak to the a manger about our safety and privacy then the manager reached out to us. It was a very stressful situation especially after having to move around our already busy schedule to move rooms due to safety and privacy concerns.

Great location and closer to Disneyland- walkable or short uber ride and love the Danny’s breakfast vouchers Everything was perfect

Rooms have been refurbished and are very comfortable. Short walk to Disney. Only issue was a very very noisy air conditioner
