It was a very nice, well kept hotel! The people were super nice and helpful! Our room was amazing! We had a balcony!! Very spacious and quiet area! The breakfast was what sold me! They start it early so rope droppers like myself were able to eat and not feel rushed. We will be staying here again!!

AC wasn't on when we get to the room and took long to cool it off, but after that everything was good.

The room was clean and comfortable. The pool area was beautiful with all the flowers and greenery. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Overall this is a two star hotel. Eight stars at best for the overall rating. Staff does work hard to make the stay enjoyable and maintain the grounds. Breakfast is decent but I wouldn’t call it amazing. There were eggs, sausage, waffles etc. This motel was pretty small compared to other surrounding properties. Parking is easy and free. Our room was close to Katella Ave and was a little noisy at times due to the traffic noise. Too loud to sleep with the windows open. And the bathroom could use better ventilation, it always felt damp and the fan didn’t work very well. Room felt rather dated and could use updating. Double beds felt a little small so next time I will look for queens. People have commented how close it was to Disneyland but it took us 20 minutes of power walking to get inside the gates of Disneyland. I am not a fan of having to walk through Downtown Disney to get inside the park. May be someone has found some sort of recommended shortcut from this property? No shuttle is available. I don’t think I will stay here again if I was to return to Disneyland. It was decent but not great. My family thought it was okay, no complaints from them.

The hotel is on a main Street but the nose is low in the room.

Very nice and clean no frills hotel.

The manager was very rude and disrespectful to me, the comforters and curtains all had moth holes in them. The rooms were very poorly insulated and trapped heat like crazy with just little AC units in the wall, and at some point during my stay a homeless man urinated in my AC unit from the outside and it was incredibly disgusting and smelly and the manager had a very bad attitude when trying to help me. Never coming back.

Close to parks, free parking, good breakfast with eggs and sausage, clean room, pool and hot tub, kind employees and pretty flowers around the pool.

I requested to be on top floor when I made the reservation but they said they never received the request. As I assumed, heard loud footsteps late in the evenings and in the early mornings. Room was clean. Found a small spider in our bed but took care of that. Breakfast was 8/10. Breakfast sausages could have been cooked a little more, too pale for my liking. Front desk was polite and even gave us some fruit for the roadtrip back home. Very close and convenient to Disneyland resort.

Good choice for Disney trip on the buget if you just need a clean place to shower and rest. Nice breakfast. Nice people and family friendly. Housekeeping is request only. Good walking distance to Disneyland.

Overall our stay was great. The rooms were clean, staff was friendly and helpful, property was clean and comfortable, location was good. Would definely stay here again.
