Best Western Plus Stovall's Inn

Loved it! I would definitely book here again.

Its the only place we stay since 2013

Clean friendly and a short walk to the parks.

The room we had was on the main floor and we could hear everyone who walked by. The room was also very dark with not enough lighting. The room was clean, and it was nice to have a fridge and microwave. Overall the hotel is good if you are going to spend most of your time at the Disney parks.

Walkable to the parks. Liked the pool.

The customer service was excellent, the breakfast was good, and it was conveniently located near Disneyland. I highly recommend it!d

The room was really hot when we arrived and there was stuff left over from previous guest under the bed.

I’m sorry but this place epitomises a couldn’t care less attitude I find sad. Poor quality of staff who have no autonomy and a culture of laissez faire. Had to stand up for breakfast as no seating and a crazy 9.00 closing of the restaurant and a staff mentality of treating guests like a herd of animals meant the stay was not pleasant. My advice is to avoid.

The location was perfect. The room is kind of outdated and had a stuffy smell. The beds need to change as well. Overall, the stay was not bad because of the location but the room wasn't the best.

Hotel is nice but if your room is near the road you hear absolutely everything. There’s also maybe some abandoned dogs or someone has pets that barked all day and night during our stay.

Had a great stay! Close proximity to the parks with a well lit and safe walking path. The outdoor pool was the perfect temperature and the pool area was beautiful!

I did not enjoy having an adjoining room that we could hear the other guests through.

I gave it four stars instead of five because we had a ground room by the road and the front door. Let all the noise through. A better insulated door would be nice.

Rooms are dark and dated. Breakfast spread is decent, but doesn’t taste the best. Eggs were inedible. Easy walk to the parks and affordable hotel option. For the price, it was good but don’t think we would stay here again.

Walkable distance from Disney, everything you need was all near around the area. I will recommend this to my friends and family.

If you are planning on using a Rental whether it's A Rental Car Company or Turo be aware there will be a charge for using the parking facility which i think is $25/per day so just be aware that is add TOO your bill NOT included in it. It would be nice if they added or had the option to add that so you know the total cost not just the Room itself but otherwise it was a nice Room, no issues, clean and what you'd expect from Best Western Hotels. Also when ya come to check in the parking for Guest is the first spots BEFORE the gates to the right, that way you don't get charged for Parking before you get your ticket to park on the premises.

When checking in the night staff was very welcoming and helpful. Also very informative on the amenities available
