The room was clean and the staff was helpful. The gym was very nice and no one was there at night. I ate the rooftop restaurant and enjoyed seeing the Disneyland

No amenities, just a shower cap and a well worn robe in the room. Everything is very worn out, the towels, the pillows, sheets, bed covers etc. The room itself seemed clean. Asked for down pillows and a down comforter as the ones in the room were so lumpy and gross but the “down” ones they put in the rooms were equally as bad. The sheets felt wet and soggy as if they hadn’t dried all the way either. The check in was bumpy until the agent said that he would get someone else as if I was giving him a hard time. Sophia who took over the check-in process was incredible - professional, kind, and efficient - and was the only saving grace and the reason I’m not giving it a 1 star review. Perhaps staying at the Regent Santa Monica on the first leg of this trip made the contrast even more extreme but the Westin is definitely not a five star resort.

Awesome service from the front desk, at breakfast, room service, and house keeping. What makes this 4 stars rather than 5 is the bell hops actively hid and avoided being helpful with luggage when we checked in and out. No clue why, there were lots of them looking bored. But good location so may stay again anyways.

Breakfast was overpriced for the assortment provided. No breads.

The location was fantastic, it was nice and clean. We had a room that overlooked a logistics yard. Trucks arriving early in the morning and late in the evening. Wish we had paid for a resort view! Very busy around the pool and we couldn’t get beds.

It is a very comfortable place to stay if you visit the parks. It is very clean, comfortable and has everything you need. The personnel was very nice and considerate with us. The place is very close to many other places. We loved it! I really recommend this amazing hotel!
