Best Western Plus Raffles Inn & Suites

The staff was great and the location was very close and convenient to the Disney shuttles. You can extend your parking there for a small fee amd use the shuttle. The room was clean, nice and the area felt nice and safe for us.

Comfortable beds, recently redone shower, and helpful staff. They were in the middle of some renovation work, which we didn’t realize would affect our stay. Continental breakfast, nothing hot, and no laundry room for guests currently. The pool area is small but comfortable. Unfortunately there was a failure with the lights, causing it to close early the last three nights of our stay.

Hotel was great. Enjoyed my stay

Amazing staff, went above and beyond to makexreservation changes that we needed, incredibly friendly. Terrific pool and pool hours, wonderfully open til 11, stellar, properly heated, great hotter temperature than most. It was perfect. I had a maintenance request and it was addressed and fixed immediately.

A little frustrating there wasn’t enough parking some nights. We always had it, but you’d wake up and cars were paralleled behind the inner cars. The parking attendant was there to move them but just an extra step if you had an early flight. The pool was warm, felt great. Hot tub was a bit too hot. I’m sure in the winter it’s nice but it was already 94 degrees outside so we didn’t want to be hotter. The breakfast was good. We were frustrated it was advertises as warm breakfast months ago and they said they are still working on the room for months longer-Best Wester should change that on the website. But they had plenty of grab and go options. Oatmeal, fruit, cereal, breads, granola bars, juice, coffee. The front desk was always helpful. One of my kids forgot to pack a toothbrush and we got a baby sewing kit for a button they were always friendly and nice. We parked my parents scooters with others along side the office and got a floor level for them as requested. That was appricated. There is no $3 transportation to Disney as advertised on their website-it was a walk to the Disney parking lot. Which was about the same time door to gate as walking to Disneyland. But a shorter walk if you want the bus, still not super close-I’d say 1/2 a mile when you get from door to bus. We’d use the bus in the afternoon to come back and swim and cool down and we’d walk in the morning and at the end of the day because the line for the bus was crazy. Location was convenient.

My room felt cool upon arrival, and it was much appreciated in the hot weather. The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. I would stay here again.

Anyway, I am very satisfied with the rest.

Clean room, good breakfast, ease of parking, and friendly staff

Old outdated room that smelled like cigarettes. Dirty sheets Dirty bottom of sofa mattress, unsure if it was food or blood. Rats running around at night. Boiler went down so cold showers for one day. Maintenance had to change lightbulb, replace TV remote and replace a set of non working outlets all in the first day. This left us with no power for one hour and caused our plans to be delayed. We will not stay at this hotel again.

There was hair in the bed sheet linens, the shower and the toilet. That’s disgusting and gross. Also we got the family suite and there was not enough blankets.
