It was good experience and good service very good customer service

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was also very clean and accommodated my family. The continental breakfast was great to have and they have plenty of options. I would recommend this property for sure!

We stayed here four nights to visit Disney; the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable in getting us free shuttle rides to and from the park. Breakfast options were good, parking was an issue as in all big cities. I booked through Expedia and it had advertised free parking but the facility charged me $20 a night for parking which was reasonable considering the location. Overall we had a great time staying here (did not get to use the dining pool)

Laundry was down, that would have been nice to know about. Very small pool and spa.

We enjoyed are stay and clean room

Microwave and fridge wasn’t working but other than that the stay was amazing!

My family and I were traveling from Sacramento, arrived earlier than expected. I requested for an early check in, got to the front desk was told no rooms were available yet and was informed that they will let us know when the room is ready. Head out to go eat, went back around 2:40pm, was told we HAD to wait til 3pm exactly! Went back to the front desk at exactly 3pm. No one greeted us or apologized for the inconvenience, I smiled and waved at the lady but no reaction from her. She just locked in on the screen, typed away and gave us the room key. I found them to be so unprofessional and why did we have to wait exactly til 3pm. I know that’s the check in time but the room was ready and we’ve been trying to check in early all day. I was fine with paying the extra fee for early check in too. She also didn’t even tell or show us where the room was located, I had to ask and was spoken to ask if I should know where the room was. Also courier service was not provided or suggested to us but to other families that came before and after us! That was a slap in the face to us. Not sure what we did wrong to deserve the unprofessional behaviors from them but we will not be going back!

Was excited for the breakfast, especially with little kids and going to the parks but unfortunately it was being renovated so not much of options. I suggest to call ahead to verify if their breakfast is on full effect.

The location. It’s outdated.

Overall it was a good stay. I was only disappointed that there was no hot breakfast. The hotel was going under a renovation, had I of known I would have booked my stay elsewhere because we love to have hot breakfast included in our stay we usually pay more for this option because of it.

The staff were nice. The carpet was damp upon arrival and the floor was strangely lumpy. Water started pouring out of an air conditioning unit on the wall at 1am. It was about two inches from our open suitcase and my charging phone. It woke us up and continued to drip for about two hours. We reported it to the front desk that morning, but they were unsure of maintenance had come to fix it by the end of the day. The facilities are old and run down. They have reported that they are undergoing renovations, but I didn't see any renovations occurring whatsoever.

Also they only had continental breakfast.

Property is great location and clean We booked it thinking there would be a continental breakfast but the resort never called or emailed us notifying us that wouldn’t being an option even though they knew very well since it’s been under construction for 6 months.

The breakfast is a continental and is very simple. But they let you take as much as you want for snacks for Disney. They even have brown bags for lunches. So it isn’t great but it’s a valuable perk. Parking was expensive and the beds were a little uncomfortable.

The beds were comfy and the staff is super nice and friendly. The location is great. Lots of places to eat close by. Even walking distance So everything is a mess. The pool was super dirty. They state they have washer/dryer and they dont. There is no hot breakfast. Just some fruit and granola bars. They say its for remodeling but its just a mess everywhere. Definitely not worth the price. Would definitely never stay there again. Only reason i gave it a 5 is for the wonderful staff they have
