Awesome staff, great location. Coffee in lobby was perfect. The extra sheets and blanket for the pull out sofa were lovely and fluffy. Great hotel!

Great location! Walking distance to the parks. The staff was extremely friendly, polite and helpful. We have stayed here before and will again.

Love for Disney trips with family

The room also did not meet the standards I expected from a highly rated hotel. There was a noticeable amount of dust on the curtains, and the curtains appeared dirty. Overall, the room did not feel clean or well maintained. I expected much better from this DoubleTree location and hope they improve their communication with guests and pay closer attention to cleanliness and maintenance.

Upon check in, my family was informed there were no TV services available for guests. THAT information should have been disclosed before I reserved the suite that I intentionally got for the space & two TVs. Hotel did not communicate this issue via a text or call or message on the app. Front desk waived the parking fee due to the inconvenience.

Everything was good except the refrigerator was not cold. Also due to upgrades when we arrived the tv was unavailable.

The hot tub/pool bleached both my daughter’s swimsuits. Scary thought as it must have been harsh on their skin and hair as well. We only swam once. You should probably drain your pool more often instead of just dumping more and more chemicals in

Very disappointed with the fact that due to them making up grades there was no TV service during the world cup. Bed was very wobbly just not the double tree Im used to due to the fact that Ive stayed here on other occasions

Didn’t find out that the property is being renovated until i called the day of. TV’s were down, staff was great and instead of a TV they did allow us free parking. Worked out very nice.

The property was great, however the property is currently going through renovations with their WIFI and TV. NO WIFI and TV during our stay. No warning of this being done. Check in advance on this issue before booking.

The staff were amazing from the front desk, the dining staff in the restaurant for breakfast. Everyone made sure that we were well taken care of!

The only area for improvement was during check-out. One of the front desk staff members seemed unwilling to answer a few questions and came across as somewhat dismissive. It was not a major issue, but a more helpful and welcoming approach would have made the experience even better.

Overall an okay hotel if you plan to visit Disneyland. Pricing and location are very good, rooms are spacious and have all the necessities and the breakfast buffet is great. Parking onsite is a bit overpriced ($30). However the onsite restaurant is very small and looks a bit run down, dark and not very welcoming. Also the staff told us they were going to close early like 8:30/9 because it was very slow so we had to rush and we were the only one. The pool is small and gets over crowded quickly. So overall nice for a stay that’s mostly about being outside.

Mark Burns at the Doubletree was great clean great customer service. I would definitely come back and stay here again.

I did not like the room, the cleaning staff did not clean well, the property is out dated and I was not informed about not having a television during to renovation until I arrived at the property.
