Clean and good location close to Disney land

Room was great and spacious. Very comfortable bed. Centrally located.

TVs weren’t working, but overall stay was a 10/10

Sink was too small and shower head needed to be replaced. Probably can use a remodel

Nice stay. It is walkable to Disney, but just a longer walk. The hotel staff are really nice and they have fun claw games in the lobby.

Nice location

Location was good. Room was cleaned nicely. The toilet was hard to flush. I thought I was going to break the handle. The shower was always running. I closed the value as tight as i could. I could hear the loud cars on the street. The loud cars kept waking me up. Bar & restaurant was over priced and the food/drinks was mid.

Love this hotel, love how friendly the staff is, the cookies, parking is safe, the rooms are always clean, property is great and always feel safe.

Always a pleasure staying here! The staff is always friendly and welcoming, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the location is perfect close to Disneyland and plenty of great restaurants. This will be my 4th consecutive stay here, and I’m always happy to come back. Highly recommend!

The TV in our room only had 3 channels! Lifetime movies, little league softball, and college football. We did not enjoy staying in the room. Showers in the room were mad crazy

Staff is very welcoming

T.V. service was not available the whole time we were there.

Also, didn’t like that the breakfast was a fee and not complementary like other hotels.

I understand that views can vary from room to room, but when a room is specifically advertised and sold as a “City View,” I expect the room to reasonably match that description. Had I known this would be the view, I would not have paid extra or selected this room category. The hotel should either describe these rooms more accurately or ensure that guests who book a city-view room actually receive one. Very disappointing and not what I booked.

Beautiful property and great location. Staff was excellent.

Plenty of parking. Close to Disney parks. Clean rooms. Spacious rooms. Mini fridge and microwave a plus. Pool is good. In-house restaurant and cafe is convenient. Hot Breakfast buffet is very good: bacon/sausage, eggs, pancakes, waffle breakfast sandwiches, yogurt, 3 types of fresh juices, multiple cereals, toast, bagels, muffins, hash browns/potatoes.
