To my kids and me we love it very nice Hotel room very clean

Always a great stay. Unfortunately, their TVs were down. My only suggestion to that is to place that information on their website so folks are aware ahead of time and not at check in. However, the front desk comp'd my parking so that was much appreciated.

Great hotel that’s only a healthy walk to Disneyland (it will seem longer on the way back). The staff here goes above and beyond and they give you free chocolate chip cookies that are delicious. But take note: the buffet breakfast is not free with your room!

We loved our stay at Doubletree Inn Suites in Anaheim , everything was great ! The rooms were nice and clean, the size amazing. Very quite and secure place .

We were there for 5night and not 1 time did room service come clean our room. They wouldn’t bring us towels so after a long day at the parks we would get back and told we had to go pick up the towels. Trash was piling up and the tv did not work on any night. We had kids ages 7-12 and not having the tv was awful. I would have never booked if they stated that on the booking site. Room service is the reason we book a hotel as well we had to take out the trash and towels horrible experience. Book the embassy one block away. Clean friendly staff

This hotel is not a 4 star hotel!! Room was rundown and old. Towels and sheets were old.

The bathmat in my room looked like an old rag. It was frayed and gray. The soap dispenser in the shower was also empty. I've stayed at this hotel before, and was happy, but this time was very disappointing.

Hotel knowingly rented me a room with no tv, then refused to provide to reasonable reimbursement. All other hotels were seeking double the price for same day booking. Forced to stay at the property, then they would not allow a discount for the horrible stay. Beds uncomfortable, all around bad.

TVs were not working. Overall trip was ok.

Everything was perfect

Awful. The tv’s don’t work. We had 4 tv’s, 2 rooms with multiple kids and couldn’t even rest or turn it on after Disneyland. They had signs stating they were renovating but no room had tv capability, very odd in this day and age when it’s listed as an amenity when you book. 1 of the rooms fridge didn’t work. Outdated. Rooms were supposed to be joined together over the pool. Barely a pool view and rooms were not attached. Staff wasn’t helpful and just agreed with us when we complained about the fridges, tv, room arrangement. Wouldn’t recommend.

The property was clean and safe. My only issue was the lack of any type of TV service or Smart TV in my room. The TV was there, but I couldn’t even stream a subscription service or watch local TV.
