Proximity to the Anaheim Convention Center was amazing. Front desk was very helpful recommending walking path there that was far less than Maps had recommended. Room was very affordably priced compared to others near the convention center. If you are going to Disneyland, the walk there is noticeably further than the convention center. It was about a 1.5 mile walk to Downtown Disney. Queens Inn is definitely more of the old fashioned, budget style motel. So have your expectations properly tempered when it comes to the beds/pillows and some of the smaller things.

The main purpose was to have a clean, safe, distance-convenient and comfortable space to spend the night while visiting Disneyland for two days with my teenage daughter. In this the motel fully delivered expectations. The room was spacious and clean, all basic facilities were there (towels, spacious and comfortable beds, air conditioning, soap, shampoo, etc.) and the location excellent - 5 minute drive to Disneyland, could have walked there if we had the time/energy at the end of the night. Small snafu was the coffee maker was not working, or the plug next to it wasn't. The outdoor passageways were not very clean, but no different from other places of similar cost we've stayed in. A bit more cleanliness/paint job maybe of the exterior passageways would be nice.

The fact that is wasn't too far from Toy Story parking lot and that there was free parking, well lit at night and I believe cameras. And the price. Everything else. It was dirty and unkepted outside. It was dirty inside the room, the extra lock was broken, the AC leaked all over the floor(they placed towels around it), hole in the wall, towels were so small, thin, and discolored, toliet ran water continuously, bed super uncomfortable (gave me back aches and my hips hurt, hard to sleep), pillows sucked, blankets(what blankets? no comforter(a thin blanket wrapped in bed sheet), bed frame creaked and had a metal bar to keep the mattress in place(I hit this bar everytime getting in out of bed). Amenities listed a ice machine... well it was broken too. I had to wait 20+ minutes outside of a locked lobby for check in bc no one was there. Would I stay here again, very unlikely.

The room and bedding was clean; one towel was not clean. Staff was very helpful and responsive when we mentioned a few issues to them. Large parking lot. I felt safe there. About a 25 minute walk to Disneyland Resort. The AC was leaking water when we arrived but staff came immediately to clean up with towel and left towel under AC unit in case it leaked again; it did not leak any more in the 2 nights we were there. We were offered a new room which we declined. When the shower was used water was spritzing from the wall area between the shower and sink onto the floor (and our feet). We let the staff know and it was better the second day. Again we were offered a new room; we declined. We informed the staff at check out that it was still spritzing a little and the staff seemed appreciative.

Great hotel.

The bedding quality was very disappointing. The sheets had a lot of pilling, and the pillows felt like they were filled with pieces of synthetic material. They were very uncomfortable, and I woke up the next day with neck pain. We booked a room with two beds, which usually means it should accommodate 2–4 guests, but there was only enough shampoo for one person, and there was no conditioner provided at all. The hair dryer was also a problem, it overheated quickly and became so hot that it was uncomfortable to hold, making it almost impossible to use safely. The only positive things were the free parking, Wi-Fi, and the reasonable price. However, the lack of comfort and poor room quality outweigh these benefits. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. Parking was limited and could be improved, but everything else was excellent.
