Staff was friendly and welcoming.

It was a pleasant stay. The rooms were clean and the AC worked great. Only issue was the shower room got too hot and stuffy. That fan didn’t properly circulate

El Desayuno puede ser mejor, no habia variedad, todos los dias lo mismo
-
Room was dusty , there was hair in the tub .

Clean, great beds, quiet with helpful staff. The third floor is the quietest.

We only stayed one night. The breakfast worked well for us (I split a bagel with my son, ate a hard-boiled egg and he had a banana). Things were clean, there was plenty of soap, beds were decent, a/c worked well enough, things were quiet and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I do wish that breakfast was at 630 instead of 7 for those who want to rope drop Disneyland, but that wasn't a big deal. We were very happy with our stay and felt that it was worth the money. I'd stay here again for 1 or 2 nights when visiting Disneyland.

Pro’s: * Proximity is key. Either a 17 minute walk or a $10 Uber gets you down Harbor to Disneyland. * Price also makes this attractive being significantly less than “big box” hotels. *Parking for free is also a significant savings with most others charging $15/$25 on top of room rate. * Property was very clean and comfortable. Although a little older, the AC was cold and room very well kept. We slept well. Con’s: * Outdoor entry made for occasional traffic noise but nothing overwhelming. * The free breakfast was very minimal (as advertised) but mainly was cereal, a few pastries and some yogurt. If you need a big breakfast take note. *The TV selection was very limited and in and out. * My biggest negative was one morning while fixing my wife a plate (bagel and yogurt) a member of the staff pointed out a very large sign on the wall forbidding me from taking breakfast to our room. It’s what I do every hotel we stay at. While she gets ready, I fix her breakfast and tea then take it up to her. Anyway, the comment and policy caught me off guard and was a turn off. Not saying we won’t stay here again but that kind of approach isn’t a great impression. Overall, it was a good value and a comfortable stay. If you’re doing Disney and needing a rest in between parks, this will fit that purpose. If you’re looking for a resort feel maybe reconsider.

no restroom in the lobby
-
We had a blast the only downside was the t. V volume didn't work.
-
Location was great and everything is close by. The room was ok and it was really muggy inside.
-
The lady in the breakfast room was rude and made me and my family uncomfortable
-
The room was not acceptable. On one bed, I found human hair on the flat sheet like it hasn't been washed. It was already an inconvenience to have the vanity mirror, sink, & counter tops outside the bathroom, but there were gnats/insects flying on vanity mirror. There was no space to put my clothes in the bathroom while I took my shower, not even a hook to put my clean and used clothes. In addition, the bathroom light switch is outside the bathroom door [this is California not England!] The key card given to us wasn't working. We received another key, still wasn't working, it kept flashing red on the door, my children & I staggered eating breakfast so we wouldn't get locked out of our room. It was an inconvenience to go to the front desk just for staff to re-program the door key that wouldn't work after using it the first time. Please reduce the stars to 5 or 4 instead, because the hotel did not have the quality to have 8 stars at all. It is deceiving to keep 8 stars.

Had to pay early check in fee, which okay that’s fine.. most hotels don’t. Had to pay for ice which that never happens and breakfast wasn’t really considered breakfast
-
As most hotels in this price range the AC unit was noisy and inadequate for cooling the whole room. The street noise was pretty bothersome until after midnight.
-
I would not expect a lot from the breakfast, but they did have hardboiled eggs, fresh fruit, etc. There are several nearby restaurants within walking distance.

Great place for a quick stay
-
Need to clear room
-
Room was very clean
-
Over all stay is good. Breakfast it's ok. Not much of my taste. Parking is limited space. Not and quite.
-
Not so good: can be sketchy at night. Just be aware. I would stay again.
