Great space for a family; had to request bedding and extra towels/washcloths but overall good stay
-
Hotel was spacious and close to Disney, not the nicest of hotels, but you get what you pay for.
-
Clean room, staff was very helpful.
-
The room was great! The only thing is the parking situation. They over sold parking spots so you were not guaranteed a spot for the night.
-
I honestly really love it here… this was my second time and the staff is also so sweet
-
The parking lot is too small for the amount of rooms available. The hot tub was broken. The floor in our room was dirty. The room phone did not work. The dining room is very small. Breakfast was good but there was no juice available by 7:30 am both days we stayed. In my opinion the value was good but I will not stay there in the future.

The hotel was perfect distance to Disneyland and a cheap clean place to stay while visiting.
-
The breakfast was good, staff was friendly. The room was comfortable and very spacious. The only thing that was bothering me was the sticky floor.

I stayed here for 3 nights. I liked the place it was quiet mostly clean. But the room service was not the best. I had to be asking for towels and sheets because not once did room service come to clean. I asked for room service 2 times. And not once did they come. I spoke to the front desk and they ladies wrong dnd and the second time around I went and asked the office rather then calling it in. And the ladies just signed it off like if she cleansed it. And Breakfast was not the best. The egg was sweet for some reason.

Friendly staff. Nice room, but the towels are extremely rough and old. Outside of property looks rough but the rooms are nice inside. Pool/jacuzzi not so great.

It was a terrible experience and I have so much to say. There was no one at the desk when we arrived so we had to wait for someone to show up, even though I repeatedly called for someone. The room keys frequently stopped working to use the elevator and open our room door. At the elevator, we ran into other families who couldn't get on the elevator either. Nobody's key seemed to work! The soap and shower gel dispensers in our room were empty and we had to wait for the following day to get them filled, and even then, only the shower gel was filled. The floor in our room was dirty and I always had to wash my feet before putting my shoes on simply from walking barefoot within the room. Housekeeping only came in once and they did not clean the floor and left us with no extra toilet paper even though the roll was almost empty; we had to go down to the front desk to ask for more. The hot tub was closed and the pool was shaded making the water too cold. When my son's friend came to visit him, my son had to pay for a full daily rate to park his car, even though he was only there for a few hours. The day we checked out, we were told we couldn't leave our car for a few more hours either. The noise from outside and above was constant, even late at night and early in the morning. The only redeeming quality is that you are close to the Disney Parks but I will never stay here again.

No parking!!!!

The staff was rude. No parking spots available for their guests. They asked us to leave when we complained about the parking issue!
-
Good spot. Updated rooms. Pool was a bit disappointing. Breakfast was tasty. Elevator stopped working and being on the 4th floor with 4 kids one being an infant was challenging.

The rooms need a lot of maintenance, they didn’t seem dirty but the caulking around the shower and sinks was completely falling apart and the floor was lumpy you could hear every step. The breakfast served was so limited and not too many options, not to mention the breakfast room is so small and cramped. Parking was $15 and their lot was full they asked us to park down the block in a shady lot with that being said im not interested in returning again.

Upon check-in, the female front desk agent provided only a single key card for a room booked for four adults. When we got to the room, the key card didn't work at all. More alarmingly, the room door did not close or seal properly—you could clearly see a gap even when locked, making the room feel completely insecure. I walked back down to the front desk to resolve the key issue and spoke with a male agent. When I explicitly brought up the safety concern regarding the loose, gap-filled door, he completely brushed me off and simply said, "It's fine." It was not fine. For basic safety and peace of mind, I actually had to jam a washcloth behind the deadbolt lock mechanism just to keep the lock casing stable while entering and exiting the room. To make matters worse, when our fourth guest arrived, he was surprised we were only given one key and went to the front desk to ask for a second one. The male desk agent blamed us, stating that "the women didn't ask for an additional key." Having our valid safety concerns casually brushed aside and then being blamed for the desk's own oversight felt disrespectful. On a minor note, the location was fine and the breakfast was standard (make-your-own waffles, eggs, and sausage).
