I had to pay the parking spot but they didn’t anything about it, it didn’t show in the page before and even worse they don’t have a control to check how many spaces they have so I had to park in another hotel parking.

Continental breakfast is really good and so was the staff in charge?. I did not like how there was no parking available and they still made you pay for parking pass. The beds were pretty uncomfortable as it felt like they were sinking from the middle. There was also a odor that was coming from their AC unit.

Beds were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was typical and pretty good (eggs, sausages, cereals, bagels, fruits, breads, juice, waffles,etc..). Staff was nice and polite. Too bad we have to pay extra for parking. The hallways could be cleaner. Room floors may need extra cleaning.

When I checked in, the front desk clerk was already arguing with another customer and telling them that the hotel was not responsible for vehicles in the parking lot. Guests are also charged an additional approximately $20 for parking, which is something I was not made aware of until I arrived. This should be clearly disclosed online before booking. The room itself was not clean. The bedsheets had visible stains, which was extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable. When we asked for extra towels and a blanket, the employees were unwilling to provide them. The breakfast service was also very disappointing. They began putting the food away while guests were still eating. At one point, the lights were actually turned off on my cousin while she was trying to get food. This was incredibly rude and made us feel very unwelcome. The situation with an item I accidentally left behind after checking out was even more frustrating. I called the front desk immediately and explained that the item was important. I was initially told that they did not have it. The following day, I repeatedly called the front desk throughout the day, but it was extremely difficult to get anyone to answer. I was eventually told again that my item had not been found. However, after I explained that the item had an AirTag and that the location showed it was still inside the building

I enjoyed the bed and the smart TV. You don’t see those often at hotels so it was a nice surprise. The parking was atrocious. In the morning it is fine but coming back at night after being out the last thing you want to do is worry about the parking you are paying for. We came back to the hotel after our 14 hour long day at disney and there was zero parking. They say they have extra parking down the street, its FOUR spaces that were already full. It was ridiculous too say the least. When we spoke to the office they said there is nothing they can do and they are not liable. The pool was not heated, no towels and the seating in the pool area is so run down and disgusting. The pool itself seemed clean as well as the hot tub.

I love that the room had its own little living room. It was close to everything that I wanted to do. The checking Person was slow. Had to wait 30 mins to check in and there was only one person ahead of me.

My family’s stay at this property was an absolute nightmare. Upon returning to our room from the Disneyland park, we discovered a fresh, large rodent dropping right in the middle of our bed sheets. Finding pest feces in hotel bedding is a severe public health code violation and an absolute biohazard, but the hotel's response was arguably worse than the infestation itself.When I brought photographic proof directly to the office, the night staff treated it like it was no big deal. They simply moved us to another room and refused to process a refund, claiming only the General Manager could handle it. Since checking out, the General Manager has treated this hazardous situation with complete disregard. He has actively ignored multiple direct emails from me and is flat-out dodging phone calls. Even Expedia support has tried reaching out on my behalf multiple times to secure a resolution, and the GM has refused to take their calls as well.This place is filthy, completely unsafe for children and families, and management is actively evading accountability. They will take your money and leave you to sleep in rodent-infested beds. I have already submitted my photographic evidence to the bank to force a full dispute, and I am filing a formal complaint with the Orange County Health Care Agency. DO NOT STAY HERE. ZERO STARS.
