Great hotel, great staff, room was always clean and put together Everytime we stepped out and came back. Great place to stay.

Confortable bed

Great price for the location. No extra frills. The bathrooms could use more counter space. There is not enough parking. The rooms need a major overhaul update. I went to pull the shower curtain, and the shower rod fell down.

Staff was not helpful. I can’t empty my car properly cause they have stair access that’s not convenient at all. Such a weird area and place to stay. Lock your car and make sure your door is fully closed when going out. These are things that just make me so upset and they think that it’s a good deal. This place isn’t worth even 20 dollars a night. I’ll never stay here again

First off when you arrive at the staff person at the front desk doesn’t seem like they enjoy their job. Much not very friendly. Doesn’t even acknowledge you yet alone greet you. When I got into my room, I noticed the floor was not even really clean. There were stains on the bedsheets and the TV did not work. I called the front desk to let them know. The TV was not working and he said he would be up shortly. He never came up to the room so all day I had no TV and on top of that they still haven’t returned my hundred dollar deposit and it’s been over a week. I tried calling them but no one ever picks up. It’s been a week that I’ve been trying to get a hold of them, but no one ever seems to pick up at that hotel so good luck trying to get your deposit payment.

Great for the price but no ice machine microwave or freezer available on the entire property no pool just a room.

I was unable to get the wifi to work. No ice machine!! Parking was a problem the first night. Only disabled spots available. Otherwise, it was good.

The beds were comfy. The room was clean. The air conditioning was very good. The hair dryer was cold and didn't get warm. The TV didn't work and maintenance wouldn't be there until the morning. There were no hangers to hang up clothes. There wasn't an ice bucket so I'm assuming there wasn't an ice machine. We went to the gas station to buy ice. When we arrived around 8 pm the lobby was closed to check in. A car pulled up and the employee got off the car and said I'll be right there, he went around and went through the office and unlocked the door.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the linens was disappointing. The bedsheets didn't seem very clean, and the bath towels had black stains on them, which made them appear dirty. It was also surprising that the hotel didn't provide complimentary bottled water or any similar amenities. The check-in and check-out experience could also be improved. When I arrived, the front office was locked, and the employee was inside on his laptop facing away from the door, so it took a while to get his attention. During check-out, I had to wait about 5–10 minutes because no one was in the office to assist. The only noise issue during my stay happened one morning around 7:00 a.m., when some type of commotion and arguing outside woke me up. Other than that, the hotel and surrounding area were peaceful. Overall, the location and basic room features were good, but the cleanliness of the linens and the front desk service need improvement.

The rooms were decent and suitable for a quick Disney trip. AC worked well and decent room size.

Read reviews before booking then wondered how it got such high ratings! Room set-up was nice, a little cramped from the foot of the bed to the TV/wall, but nice. Comforter had random blood/rust stains on it. Parking not so great. Condom on the ground. Weave at the bottom of the stairs. Had an issue during check-in. Individual indicated there were not enough funds in my account to cover, which was strange, but I thought nothing of it & moved money & it was ok. Well, the following morning I checked my account, 3 transactions after check-in was not from me! A Pizza Hut in LA on Pico, PayPal (I've never used) & Spotify (I've never used) Coincidence? Not sure. Suspicious. For sure. Wouldnt stay again

Do not recommend this place! Horrible I can’t believe it is even an option on Expedia! Poor quality in bedding like sleeping on a box spring. Towels are so old and thin. NO ICE , NO COFFEE ! Very noisy this is a very poor quality motel. The pictures do no justice. Save your money go some where else!

The walls, the floor, and everything was dirty at this hotel. The towels looked like they were used. When hotel housekeepers came to clean they took my perfume bottle. I am very disappointed and will never come again.

It was ok just ok it was ok because isn’t have sense when the hotel doesn’t have ice and clothes hangers first time I see that happening

1) Space: The king size bed was too big for the room I was in. There wasn't a lot of space to walk around in, only to the bathroom and back. I feel like they need a smaller bed for a small space like that. 2) Internet: The internet was really bad. It kept disconnecting from time to time when I was trying to watch stuff or play video games. That made my experience slightly bad. Otherwise than those complaints, everything else was fine!

Very clean and fresh smelling room and bedding. All the whites were bleached and the floor was clean enough to walk barefoot. Helpful staff late at night after I made a last minute change from a much less desirable location at the same price point.
