The location was very convenient and close to everything we needed. The room was comfortable, and the overall stay was pleasant. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the property was in a great location. It was quiet, comfortable, and convenient for our stay.

The office staff was nice for the check in. I really struggled to find something positive to say other than the staff. I had such a horrible experience. I had dried blood and boogers on walls. Visible dirty bedding that had odor of pee. With dead bugs on blankets. Open window that had a unhoused person, walking behind the building. And could see into our room that cleaning left our window open with. Large spiders in our room

The staff was helpful Filthy and smelled like urine. The ac didn’t work and there were bugs in the bathroom.

We stayed at the Magnolia Tree Hotel for five nights and unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. The moment we entered our room, we were disgusted. There were cockroaches outside the door, the floors were extremely dirty/sticky, and dust everywhere. The sheets and pillows had stains on them, black markings all over the walls. There was hair all over the bathroom. The bed itself felt damp every time I sat or lay down, which was an absolutely disgusting feeling. The bathroom was in terrible condition. There was no counter space, and the walk-in shower was poorly designed. The smell in the room was unbearable. The entire room constantly smelled like sewage and feces. The towel situation was completely unacceptable. After our first night, around 8:00am, I went to the front desk because we had used the two very thin towels provided in the room. I was told by the man at the front desk that there were “no towels available” because they needed to do laundry. I returned after 1:00pm and was still told that I could not get towels. My husband questioned how it could be impossible for a hotel to provide towels to its guests, and only then were we finally given two more thin towels. Parking is included, extremely tight spaces. What bothered us even more was the handling of the Do Not Disturb sign. We put the sign on our door for the remainder of our stay, yet someone entered our room anyway. I wrote a more detailed google review. Stay Elsewhere!

Very clean. Comfortable bed The air conditioner was very loud

Room was clean and the beds were comfortable after a day in Disneyland. Only things to note parking is very tight. It seems there is about 1 space per room (didnt count just general observation) and spaces are small. Larger trucks and suvs will find it uncomfortable to park. The room we had, king w/twin bunk on top, had very little surface space to put things on and nearly zero counter space in the bathroom. The lighting is not the best, in both the bed area and the bathroom, especially, if you prefer a bright bathroom to do your makeup like me, bring a lighted mirror if you have one. Other than that the shower was always nice and hot. The staff at check in were very friendly. It looked and sounded like they were making upgrades/repairs during the afternoon, so some of the lighting issues might already be being addressed. Mostly importantly the AC was amazing, room stayed nice and cool.

I personally love this place. its pretty close to Disney. Walking distance to some restaurants with a market across street. What more could you need.
-
Convenient Not so clean. There is No Microwave or coffee.
-
Great location and room was clean Price was great
-
Love the distance to Disneyland plus the affordability as well as no fee for parking.

The front desk gentleman was helpful. The room was downstairs and it’s not very well taken care off. Bathroom paint has different shades of paint from something they mixed, sheets had stains, and floor felt sticky. After second day, once they cleaned the room, it was better. Price was fair, but some of these rooms are a lot better than the others. Parking is poor. There are hardly any spots.
