Clean room, staff was nice and helpful, good convenient breakfast options

Breakfast definitely needs a bit of an upgrade/rotation. They had ran out of fruit two days in a row, and out of yogurt.

Also didn't have any concern about safety as the area itself was active even after midnight. Just a suggestion about the onsite laundry. This is not a complaint. They only have 2 washers and dryers onsite, and one of the dryers was broken during my stay. If you are in a hurry, there is a laundomart just 3 minutes walk away. They do charge $15 for the parking but so do most of the hotels in the vicinity (or else a higher room rate). However I managed without a rental except on the last day. The Anaheim convention center and disney land are just around 10 minutes walk. I was also able to visit downtown LA, Santa Monica, Hilltop park and Beverly hills just by using public transport (combination of buses and metrolink train from Fullerton station). The Enterprise is just across the street, so on the last day, I rented the car after checking out, thereby avoiding the parking fee. There is a direct bus (43) from there to Fullerton station, if you are travelling by Amtrak.

Great one. Nice room. Warm breakfast. Staff are very helpful. Washer and dryer service is little glitchy but the staffs helped to resolve the issue very well. Thank you!!!

Loved everything here!! We stayed for our trip to Disney and the location and price was amazing! Staff was very friendly, room got suuuuupper cold which I LOVED and breakfast was great! What more can you ask for?!? Also the bunk beds were awesome for the kids and the Cars theme suite I wasn’t expecting was a great surprise!!

The staff were nice when checking in breakfast was good. The room it’s self was out dated and the it had a very moist smell to it and when we checked the bathroom the walls around the bathroom where full of mold. There was mold around the shower faucet. It was a moldy smell that took over the entire room.

When I checked in they asked how often did I want house cleaning I stated daily by the second day I had to check when they where cleaning my room answe short staff not today with the build up garbage makes the room not clean and subject to bugs. Short staff is not an excuse

Staff was good, room was clean, price was right but the breakfast didn’t have much options.

It’s only a bummer we couldn’t check in earlier and their was a fee if we did but over all great spacious place my kids love the separate rooms

Well, I stayed at this hotel. I asked if the floors could be cleaned they were short staffed. The floors never got clean in both rooms. Toilets weren’t working properly. We were on the second floor and the shower began to leak to the floor below got a phone call. We had to stop the shower. My son‘s check-in wasn’t ready at three. We got a phone call at 7:30 at night that it was ready if I hadn’t already paid for the booking, we would’ve moved on.
