The rooms were very clean! The staff was friendly and always helpful!

It was super noisy and not clean! The coffee machine was in the bathroom! The sheets were yellow and did not smell like they have been washed recently!

Fair price for a fair hotel, buffet could change from day to day, change towells for new ones,

So I booked for 5 nights and 6 days, we ran into a bad accident and didnt show up until 530 am monday morning, 1st night was sunday. We had a room with 2 queens and a bunk bed in the kids room. Everything was OK until three days went by and I had to go to the front desk and ask why our room hadn't been serviced. And about half way threw our stay my daughters told me she has bug bites that itch all over her legs!?!? Kinda blew it off thinking it was a mosquito or such. The night before we leave, the only day room service did their job. Both the kids, and my wife woke up with over a 2 dozen bites from something in the room!?!?! Went to complain, and the lady asked for my number and would let me know when the exterminator came!?!?! So im getting my money back!

We had a great stay. Close to restaurants, stores and Disneyland. Loved how it hid 2 separate rooms which gave us more space.

If it wasn't for the nonchalant response I got I probably would have never made a review at all. I do enjoy staying here.

Location only The shower area is terrible , you can’t take a shower without getting the whole bathroom soaking wet . The shower head is hanging very low and you need to keep holding it while showering and parking should be free for guests.

Having two bathrooms, frienly staff and clean rooms. Parking fee. is too high, sometimes there was a lot of noise from the parking lot and the room above us, but this is just people being rude. :)

Renovated room. Easy to reach from conference center. Pretty decent breakfast with fresh scrambled eggs, waffles, bread. Street noise was pretty loud. Try to get an inward facing room and bring ear plugs.

Good place to rent

The bed was rock hard and the pillows were not at ask comfortable. Lots of outside noise, with street racing going on late night. Very humid inside and the shower was extremely weak.

The staff was wonderful and always willing to help whenever we needed anything, whether it was extra towels or just a quick question. The hotel is a little further down the road from Disneyland, but it was still an easy walk, and taking the bus was another convenient option. Overall, we had a really great experience and would definitely stay here again for our next Disneyland trip!

The room was clean, and the staff was very friendly. The biggest issue was the noise. The room had very poor sound insulation—we could clearly hear conversations and other noises from neighboring rooms, as well as traffic from outside. It made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.
