Motel 6 Anaheim, CA - Convention Center

Staff were polite. Our room had 3 queen size beds, one for each of our kids and then one for my husband and I. The third bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Room was very clean. The air conditioner in the very back of the room was dirty and didn’t blow much air. There was hardly any hot water for showering. There was a sliding door between my husband and I’s room and the front room where the kidswere sleeping, but the door barely slid and the windows on it were painted over and the door wasn’t useable. The door to the room itself was very poorly sealed. Parking was free which was a plus.

The hotel it self is ok . It clean enough . Some things to note there is no washer and dryer or hair dryer . There is a laundry place around the corner, a short walk . The staff was great everyone we encountered was very nice and helpful . For the price this is a pretty good hotel if you keep your standards at its price .

This is an okay place. If you're planning to go to Disneyland it's close enough for you to walk. The best part is parking is included. There's food around it that you don't need to drive around.

Further, I am NOT HAPPY WITH BOOKING.COM. I gave the BOOKING AI phone attendant my confirmation code but it refused to put me on with a LIVE agent. I told the AI that my confirmation email DID NOT have a pin code. According to CHATGPT I should have been able to have BOOKIN.com to RELOCATE us. But I couldn't get through to a live agent and the AI was stubborn not to connect me without a pin number. We were there until 2am. We tried to get accomodations at a different Motel 6 in the area, but the night clerk wanted more money from us. Eventually the Motel6 Anaheim clerk said that he refunded my money. But I do not see a refund pending. Better? AI put me through to a live agent. Booking.com needs to refund my $728.89 What did I like? Nothing Nothing. I reserved a ground floor but none were available. I checked in, gave the room key to 2nd floor to my son and duaghter. They returned with wet paint on their feet and on the dog's paws. They informed me that our room was blocked off. The desk clerk said they are doing maintenance and there are empty rooms, BUT the room keys were not working. Convenience I found baby roaches in my stuff at the end of our stay. Only stayed because the price and close to Disney. Will never stay here again

Horrible motel! Not even worth being close to the parks. Our room was missing a smoke detector. The blinds were in disrepair, and there was mold in our shower. Front desk refused to give us 2 extra pillows, and when we returned late one night there was nowhere to park. No front desk attendant was there. I had to call a number left at the desk and woke someone up. He came down and basically said, “oh well. Its first come first served.”

This hotel is terrible. Dirty, no staff, no house cleaning. It was horrible

Nice and clean room.

Check-in sucked! Gentle man in the office said our king bed room was sold out so he was going to give me a “complimentary” 2 queen bed room. Of course i was annoyed but whatever I'm tired of driving and need to lay down. The room was very clean and upgraded except the 1 problem was the sink was disabled height so to wash my wands and brush my teeth I definitely have to bend over. Parking was nice tho because it was at no additional cost and I loved parking in the shaded carport! The beds were supper comfy too! Overall a good experience…. Ooo the walking distance to toy story parking lot was good too!!!

Room was clean and what was needed for the stay the lights in the bathroom were hanging off from the roof which was a little questionable and then checking in we did have to call multiple times to have someone help us at the front

Overall I would stay for the convenience, close to the park, free parking. The rooms have to be modernized, but there are things like cracks in the sinks, missing parts to the tub, and my feet were black if I walked around without shoes from the floor being dirty. Everything else was fine.

I stayed at this hotel for one night. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. There was also no hot water available during my stay, which was very inconvenient. In addition, the bathtub drain was clogged, causing water to drain very slowly. I hope these issues are addressed for future guests

Location ok. It was awful from walk in. Person dialed a number as I was trying to check in. Call at least 30mins. Small boy, cute, running around. He had problems with his system. Gave me a room. I left for dinner and returned later to find there was no tub..when listing says tub. The bathroom smelled like urine, unclean. I sent a message through Booming.com and got No response. I want a refund. Also I was charged a deposit wh I ch I have never done for Motel 6.

The room was clean and well maintained. I called about tv issues and nothing was resolved. Even after a second call to the desk. Water temp and pressure was awful. Less than 5 mins and the water got cold. However, bed was comfortable.

Nicely updated, comfortable beds, and close to Disney! They also offer free parking with your stay which was a HUGE plus! Easy to hear other guests through walls/ceilings, but thats to be expected in an older, but nicely renovated motel!

it was near disney california and the area itself is nice the room was nice as well the tv didn’t work at all there was no internet or something and we weren’t able to use it at all which sucked after coming home and not being able to chill and watch tv

Very clean room. Staff was patient as I was tired. Problems? No hot water but I was given a free night for the trouble. Staff great. Upstairs tho on the walkway is filthy. A good power wash to it woul help. Grimy and dirty. Overall quiet and super comfy bed. Very sterile room tho. No pictures just blah. Needs a little cuteness
