The room was cozy and the beds were very comfortable The staff was a little rude and invasive. The breakfast was just muffins, yogurt, and water. The room was nice over all but has spots that made it really gross

Location is perfect for Disney and other locations It is very old, dirty and has a really bad smell

PRICE,LOCATION I have stayed at this hotel 5 or 6 times in the past, and I have always had a good experience. The prices are very reasonable, the rooms are comfortable, and overall I have been satisfied with my stays. Unfortunately, this last visit was different. The hotel seemed noticeably less well maintained. There were several areas of the walls that needed repairs, and the bathrooms were not as clean as they should have been. It appeared that they needed more thorough cleaning and maintenance. I also had to be moved to another room because of excessive noise, which made this stay less comfortable than my previous visits. I’m sharing this feedback because I have stayed here many times and have generally been happy with the hotel. I hope the management can address these maintenance and cleanliness issues, as I would like to continue staying here in the future.

The hotel room was amazing and very clean. Staff were great and helpful and the breakfast was perfect. I love the area it was in as it's right near target and a close enough walk to Disneyland. I would stay again.

Property is not safe. It’s open area anyone can come in. Even homeless, had an incident but nothing was done and no one was able to help me out. Front desk was rude I was reporting an issue but hang up on me. Room was dirty, linen was dirty looks like it never been changed just reused it.

The parking is not guaranteed limited parking spots. Busy restaurant across the street and their patrons come and park in the hotel lot and don't leave any parking space for hotel guest.

It had 24 hour food and beverage delivery, staff was very respectful parking was a bit difficult but no issues, pool access was amazing, room was clean but the only issue for my stay was the street noise outside wich i couldn’t control but other than that it was a perfect stay !
