Breakfast was great. The parking was good. The staff was responsive and respectful. The room was nice

The beds were so comfortable! The room was spacious and clean. We had room 207, so not sure if it was a remodeled room but it was amazing! The breakfast was amazing for free?! You can't complain. The walk to the Toy Story parking lot in the mornings was only 14 minutes and that includes going through security and loading up on the shuttle bus. Also free parking on the property when most others charge? Yea, this place is awesome. The parking can be kinda frustrating if you arrive late at night but valet got us taken care of the very next morning.

breakfast is good! i would have liked it opened earlier so we can ropedrop to disneyland, but it was a good excuse to sleep a little more before a long day at disney (: it was very clean and comfortable. we didnt like the metalic bed frame, it was noisy when you hit it with your feet, also, sometimes you can hear sounds from other rooms, but nothing too loud. it was an excellent option for disneyland (:

Good Choice to stay

Rooms were clean but not as spacious as the pictures show. Overall stayed 3 nights and had a pleasant experience.

This hotel is on a very good location, it is clean, and breakfast is delicious. The Disney waffles are great! The room itself is comfortable and very spacious. We had a fridge inconvenience and it was resolved in a timely manner. I highly recommend it!

Parking, we have a hard time finding parking. It is included with your stay but is very limited.

Our hotel room was great. Queen room very spacious and had a great sofa, that was big enough to make a “getting ready spot”for the girls! Very close to Toy Story parking lot. Only flaw was that the bathtub key was leaking a lot of water when it was on. So water was everywhere. Great stay over all!

Will come back, walking distance to disneyland toy story parking lot

Stayed here overnight for a Disneyland trip. The toy story lot is a 10 minute walk to the shuttles, and has its own security feature to avoid going through it at the main gates. It can be a bit of a wait coming back at night, and a little challenging with kids, strollers, and extra goodies, but it was manageable. The staff allowed us to park from the morning of the initial check-in to when we left around 6pm the next evening. Breakfast was decent, with bagels, bread, cereal, tea, coffee, juice, and a small self-serve bar of oatmeal, waffles, eggs, sausages, and biscuits. We got the room with the bunk beds, and the kids loved them. There is no barrier on the bottom bunk to prevent kids rolling out, but we used pillows as a barrier. The two queen beds were fine, and there was a fridge, microwave, a sink outside the bathroom, and a sink, bathtub, and toilet in the bathroom area. We didn't use the amenities much since we were out all day, but I'm sure they're handy if you need them.

Stay there just for the price will not probably go back.

Parking terrible, not nearly enough room for cars or the amount of occupants. Cones put up in certain parking areas so you can’t park there. Laundry room for occupants disgusting and smells badly. Toilet seat in my stay was loose and to small for the toilet that’s disgusting. Ac units filter either was old and needed cleaning or something because the air coming out of it smells god Awful. Requested extra blankets for pull out couch and had to go get it from the housekeeper and they didn’t know English so had to pick the items myself. Felt bad for the lady. The only thing they seem to care about is the pool, parking cones and making sure the laundry was for housekeeping was smelling good. That’s the only positive thing I could say. Over all customer service was trash

For the location and overall experience, we were happy with our stay. With a few updates and small repairs, this place has a lot of potential. I’d definitely be willing to stay here again the next time I’m in town!

I liked how clean it was and how close it was to Disneyland. The staff are really nice. We didn't have any issues with anything.
