Hotel is perfect for families visiting the Disneyland Resort, especially with kids - just one block away from the Toy Story parking lot where you take the shuttles to the resort's entrance. Staff is friendly and the rooms were great for what our family needed: comfortable beds, clean sheets, clean bathroom and clean towels. As we were out all day we only returned to the hotel for shower and bed. The hotel has vending machines with snacks and drinks in the lobby, as well as complimentary water coffee and tea. Complimentary on-site parking is also a HUGE plus. Breakfast could offer a bigger variety of fruits and more seating space (especially during peak times). However, it was enough for our family of 2 adults and 2 kids 10 and under.

Hot tub was green and cool, needs an overhaul. The parking is not big enough and runs out. Close to Toy Story lot which was very convenient. Breakfast was good and a nice selection but needs more seating. Close to everything you need for Disney and would stay again, can’t beat the price.

Overall great experience. Was able to pre-check and leave our vehicle early for our Disney day. Every contact with staff was good. Very happy with the breakfast. Not the typical packaged food, there was a whole buffet of freshly made waffles, sausage, eggs, biscuits, etc. Room was spacious and clean. We will be back!

The good news is the beds were comfy and the rooms were clean!

It was okay I feel like I always get tricked by the pictures. They show online, but everyone didn’t sleep well, but I don’t think the room was bad.

The hotel is close to the Toy Story parking lot. It was quiet. The room and bathroom were clean. The bad: the bottom half of our door wasn’t sealing properly so I could see light coming through the doorjam and I could hear people walking by. The hot tub was cold. The breakfast was not good.

The staff were friendly. The breakfast was filling before we went to Disneyland. It was close enough to walk.

The hotel is well-located and close to Disney. The staff are helpful and the rooms very clean. Whilst the hotel is showing its age, it was well appointed for what we needed. Breakfast was a bonus and whilst it had limited variety, it was plentiful with the food kept fresh.

Depending on when you arrive at night, parking spots get filled up and you may have to valet your vehicle.

Would stay again for sure

We can’t say anything negative. All staff tried their best to accommodate us for the 6 nights we stayed. Parking is a little tight but do-able.

The location. The fact that you serve breakfast. Parking. It was full. The person in charge of parking was excellent.

Close to Disney resorts and food

1. Not enough parking, although they did provide complimentary valet. 2. Location was close to Disneyland. Could walk 10 minutes to Disneyland off site parking with frequent shuttle to the park. 3. Morning breakfast free with stay didn’t have much variety. Same food everyday and the food was just ok. 4. Housekeeping doesn’t come clean your room everyday unless you call to request it. 5. When housekeeping did come clean, didn’t leave any extra toilet paper. When I called to get more, I had to walk to the office and get it myself.
