The room was clean and spacious. I also really enjoyed the size of the walk-in shower.

This hotel is very nicely located for a short walk to the park, very clean rooms plus a nice breakfast. Staff was super helpful too.

I loved the breakfast, the location, the quaint little bar, and I loved the staff. Specifically Melissa she was so sweet and knowledgeable. I wish the breakfast was longer, mild complaint.

The property was good and comfortable. Staff was amazing and polite, when I went downstairs to heat up leftover food they immediately helped me out and offered plates for us to use. Also the air conditioning worked well and fast. The room got cold in no time when we switched it on! Our only flaws was an issue with the water temperature in the shower, the faucet either released extremely hot or extremely cold water and while I showered the hot setting suddenly turned cold. We did not speak to staff about this since we had already settled into the room and were only staying one night. Another issue we had with the room that was more of a minor annoyance was that the tv only had regular channels to watch and not a tv with apps for streaming sites. Not a huge deal but we would have preferred the freedom to watch what we likedinstead of settling for whatever was on tv.

Exceptional

Rooms were basic. Oversold of the high floor we booked. Compensated with discount parking. Breakfast was good too.

The room wasn’t ready when we arrived at 4pm. We have booked accessible room, but there wasn’t one available so got non accessible room. Breakfast is okay, no waffle maker or pancakes. Parking was a hassle, couldn’t find a spot when we arrived at 11pm.

I had a great stay at this hotel in Anaheim, California. The location is excellent-very close to Disneyland, which made it extremely convenient for our family. There are also pharmacies, restaurants, and other convenient places nearby, so everything we needed was just a short distance away. The location was definitely one of the highlights of our stay, especially for anyone visiting Disneyland. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient place to stay in Anaheim.
