Great for an out of town guest that was passing through. She thoroughly enjoyed the room and her stay.

They accommodated us with early parking due to arriving early. Didn’t have to pay double for parking at Disney. Check in was quick and hassle free. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was okay. Great overall experience.

Parking was terrible, you have to pay 25$ a day with no parking available

Clean well maintained property. No parking due to everyone going to Disneyland. Breakfast was good no real issues to speak of.

The property is in very poor condition, the furniture is in terrible shape, and I don't recommend bringing food since there are cockroaches in the rooms. The pool is only 4 1/2 deep, ok for the kids.

We booked our trip for my kids birthday and ended up highly disappointed and grossed out. There was blood on the sheets on the top bunk for the kids to sleep on. The kids were playing in their room and there was chicken underneath the couch that had obviously gone moldy. Talked to the lady at the front desk and asked that while we were gone please have the room swept and mopped well and please change the bedding. When we got back late we went to set up the pull out for my daughter to use instead and the chicken had not been swept up. We had to wait for someone to be able to access a broom and we cleaned it ourselves. We tried to ask for partial if not full refund for having all the health and sanitation issues we’d had especially with the moldy food being ignored, and after insisting multiple times we needed compensation the lady waved the parking fee. Mold and blood is something that is brought up every time my kids talk about Disney, and it makes me angry that I gave this company hundreds of dollars to blatantly put mine and other people’s children’s health at risk. I wish I had taken a photo of the blood and the original chicken but I honestly thought they would take it serious and it wouldn’t have gone past that. I have never left a bad review but this was honestly a disgusting experience

Nice clean place, friendly staff, great location

The rooms were spacious! We had 3 kids and 2 adults and the kids had their own room with bunkbeds and a sofa bed. The AC worked great and you should walk to the toy story parking lot across the way to catch the train to Disney. Would definitely stay again!
