Cortona Inn & Suites Anaheim Resort

Helpful staff, reasonable price and clean. Not a fan of having to pay for parking as a guest of the hotel but cheaper than most hotels.

Worst hotel we have stayed in all these years we have been going to Disney. Once we opened the room it smelled also we didn’t get no room service was done at all our trash piled up in the trash cans.

Maria the security guard can learn some manners she’s pretty rude but the rest of the staff there are awesome. Shout out to Mariela she is always so helpful when we stay here at the Cortana.

Suite was nice and big, good ac, separate rooms for bedrooms was great for noise out front. Dark out shades was perfect and slept well. One beds sheets were not clean looking so we slept in the other bed, which was a queen so it was fine. Had some random hair on the door but nothing absurd. For the price worth it, and breakfast was decent too. Would stay again

Let me start off by saying if you stay at this hotel you should only stay for the convenience of being close and and want to walk 20 minutes to Disneyland.. parking is 25.00 a day even if your staying there and you pay resort fees.. Our overall room was okay..rooms are kinda old but it was decent enough for our family of 5. Bathroom was very small but I will admit shower was nice and hot and that was even after 4 different people showered. Breakfast sucked both days we were there very disappointing. If i would have paid better attention to the reviews like I normally do i would have made a better choice and stay else wear i would of paid just as much at another hotel.

The room was nice and clean. It bothers me that you never know what you are gonna get with this hotel. Very inconsistent rooms. This stay wasn’t bad though. Parking again is weird. Very limited.

We stayed in the Executive Suite on the first floor it was nice. Pool was great and hot tub. Breakfast was okay. Parking is expensive and it’s hard to find a spot. Sometimes you have to park at the Hyatt which is weird.

Good value and well located for our needs. We had been at the convention centre for work and added a couple of extra days. For a basic stay the property offered good value with a basic breakfast included in the price. We were able to catch the shuttle to Disney from the stop at next door hotel but you could walk it in under 20 mins. Generous size room with fridge, microwave, coffee machine. Didn’t get to use the pool and hot tub but looked nice enough in a motel style way. Staff were nice. Had an issue with them not excepting Amex despite booking being made with an Amex card. There was a lot of noise early in the mornings from garbage trucks and cars leaving the parking lot. Also the air conditioning unit was very noisy as the compressor was inside the room. We had to switch it off over night.

I have stayed here before. No issues before now other than the room smells a bit closed and musty until aired out. This time same musty smell, the kicker was a roach dancing across the bathroom counter by the sink. Where there is one there is bound to be more. At least the hotel comped my parking for the trouble. But roaches?

We’ve stayed here for our last two Disneyland trips. The rooms are nothing fancy but they’re clean and the ac works well so it suits our needs just fine. Breakfast is the same; nothing extravagant but it’s good and so convenient. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Parking is limited on the ground floor but there is more in the underground garage. I do wish they had more working ice machines. We’ll definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was generous and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

We were told they would not clean the room and they cleaned it on 2nd night and went and cleaned it before we ever checked out and moved our stuff to the side.

Excelente hotel si quieren venir a los parques de Disney, está súper cerca del parqueo de toy story y te transnporta directo a la entrada del parque, desayuno básico pero sustancioso. Instalaciones limpias y te reciben con agua fría, que después de un día de tanto caminar se agradece muchísimo

We enjoyed our stay. Hotel was nice. Room was clean , Pool and hot tub were great. Breakfast could have a little more variety but it was still tasty. Waffle maker would be a welcome addition.
