Cortona Inn & Suites Anaheim Resort

Room was clean but noisy, was by the stairs and elevator so loud at night and from 630 onwards. Walls are thin. Pool was closed the day we had planned to go, said due to construction but saw none. They charge a resort fee when pool wasn’t even open, they should credited back the resort fee for that day. No reason to charge a resort fee except other hotels do it. Price was good but you definitely get what you pay for. Won’t stay here again. Breakfast is basic.

Had a very good selection of TV channels. The room had microwave and fridge. Good Breakfast. Could be noisy (air conditioning and staff moving bags of cans/garbage)

The hot water gets only warm. For a shower, it’s cold. The breakfast is passable. In this area, it’s 3/5. Any other location, 1/5. Housekeeping seems to be every other day which is ok. The coffee maker is terrible.

Everything was perfect for our needs. Breakfast each day. Across from Toy Story lot for the bus shuttle. Actually walked home one night and it was roughly 20 mins. Spent a lot of time in the pool and hottub.

One of the best hotels in Anaheim, very convenient and affordable price.

Harbor Blv . Safe to walk anywhere if the day . The property it’s nice and clean , pool and jacuzzi well maintained.

I liked the costumer service, the check in was fast and efficient.. I definitely would like to come back..

Awesome place to stay close Disneyland! Only downside is breakfast options, left a little to be desired. Other than that it was great!

Didn't know I would be charged parking regardless even for only parking overnight.

We tried eating breakfast the next day and an hour after they were already cleaning everything so we didn’t get to eat at all

It was very convenient for the places we needed to go It was a little bit old could use a refresher. The AC did not work in the lobby.

Room was big but old property. It was noisy as we were on ground floor and can hear the neighbours noise.

The property outside is well maintained. The rooms were clean-ish. But the bathroom was a moist habitat. The room smelled musty because of the moisture problem. The pool was very nice and the breakfast was decent. We got a bottom floor room which is nice with rambunctious kids. But a second or third floor would have been nice to have the balcony railing to dry our swimsuits. We would stay again for the bargain it is.

I think staff is what makes it or breaks it. The staff was horrible especially the lady checking us in. Also, air conditioning was not working while we had breakfast. Kids running around all night long. I will never stay here again!!!

A/C was broken in breakfast area and was too hot to eat in there. Came back to room after a long day and found a cockroach.
