Clarion Hotel Anaheim Resort

Close to where I needed to be. It was hot!!! Even with the air conditioner on and working 24/7 it stayed hot and they did nothing about it. My family where sweating all night! Couldn't sleep. Never again will we return. They did nothing to help us. They wouldn't even let us get a refund and checkout to find another hotel. They where fully booked and couldn't let us get our money back and leave!? They rather us and my 3 young children including my 2 month to sleep in a hot hotel room so they can keep their money. And everything is outdated.

It was close to Disneyland and had AC The bed was very loud. Any little movement and it would make like a spring noise. Not pleasant when your a light sleeper and sleeping with a baby in the room. The sink was broken so we were only able to use the extremely hot water. Which wasn’t safe for my six year old or my 7 month old. The bathroom was not spacious at all my daughter could barely open the door to the bathroom. The elevators barely fit my stroller. & you were limited on the WiFi before you got charged even more on top of the room and on top of the parking. Had I known we had to pay $30 a day for parking & the room being extremely uncomfortable I would have stayed somewhere else. The staff was nice though. Overall I will not be coming back to this hotel. Especially with a broken sink and only having access to EXTREMELY HOT water and to top it off room service did not clean the room or take the trash or Bring towels. So I will be writing a yelp review.

The beds in our room were clean however the bathroom was unfortunately unclean. Our shower curtain seemed to have what looked like black mold spots and one of our bathroom towels had a large brown stain on it. There was long black hair scattered across the bathroom and in the shower. Over all the experience was good, I think the bathrooms just need a little more attention.

The staff is always amazing!

Room was clea staff was good I checked in late but no. Issues. Room was very hot when we went in. Took about 3 hrs for the room to cool down. Bathtub felt and looked loose. Bathroom sink took a while for the water to go down. But other than that it was a good stay. Thank you

The room was very spacious and the price was great. Just outdated. Like the yellow bathroom made the lighting yellow, so getting ready was a bit of a challenge. Could use brighter lights throughout the room. Overall it was a great stay.

The staff was awesome as always! It was clean, comfy, we got a room facing the park so we got to see the fireworks our first night. Our room was next to the elevator, so we heard that ding! quite frequently throughout the night. The toilet had a really slow flush. Other than that, everything was great!

About a 15 minute walk from the parks, self parking for $36, appreciated the fact that the front doors are locked at night & only accessible by key or front desk has to open it

It was clean and comfortable

Didn’t like that there was no complimentary breakfast of any sort. Even some orange juice and toast would be better than nothing. Proximity to convention center was a plus.

Location. Clean. I asked for my room to be clean while I was away. Came back and only one bed was made.

It was super close to the convention center, which was amazing for days on our feet. The bed was not terrible, honestly. We did sleep pretty well. The price was what hooked us. Great pricing for proximity to the convention center. It does need to be updated badly as it is very out of date. Our door to our bathroom wouldn’t even close so we had to put a trash bin in front for privacy. But overall we would definitely stay there again considering the price is half of what the Marriot and Hilton are.
