Sheraton Park Hotel at the Anaheim Resort

Check in/out was easy. Can tell that customer service is a priority at this hotel (which can be rare these days). Stayed here for a convention and easy to walk to (3rd hotel away from the Convention Center). We had one of the renovated rooms and it was clean with a refrigerator and walk-in shower. The only odd layout of the hotel was that the main lobby, restaurant, bar was in a separate building from the rooms (not a big deal). Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was wonderful except the parking it cost $70 for my friend to come visit that's a lot of money for parking and I was beit by a few mosquitoes on my hands and arms but other then that. Fun

Honestly so impressed! The staff and front desk were super amazingly accommodating and friendly! I got an amazing upgrade for my room, and everything was so clean and organized when I got there. Definitely book with this hotel you won't regret it! 5 min walk from Disney too!

The location to Disneyland is walkable or you can take the free bus shuttle from the toy story car park. Start your day with a Starbucks coffee in the room. The rooms were cleaned thoroughly but a check if shower gels and shampoo were missed during our stay.

Excellent customer service, beautiful hotel and about a 20 minute walk to Disney (however at the end of the day from Disney, 20 minutes seems far but they offer shuttle service).

No concessions in the premises. Just water and coffee in the room and nothing available after hours.

Our stay here made our trip so much more enjoyable. The rooms are so clean and the staff were beyond helpful and so friendly. We will definitely be recommending and staying here again.

To have an option to have breakfast included would be ideal I would love to bring my family along in the future, however when I think about the hassle to find good food at an affordable price, I realize my options are quite limited.

This property is in a great location for both the Anaheim Convention Center and for the Disney Parks. It is incredibly comfortable, the shower is amazing and the marketplace downstairs is so convenient with a great selection of hot quick foods as well as any forgot essentials that you may have forgotten to pack. For Disneyland history fans there are beautiful vintage photos of the park all over the walls of the hotel. Its beautiful I do not have any complaints except I wish we had a microwave in our room.

We almost cancelled our stay here after some negative reviews, however after our 5 night stay to visit Disneyland I am pleased with our stay. Rooms were tidy and modern and air conditioning work perfectly. We didn’t upgrade to fireworks view as was often in the parks and had a lovely view of the pool. My only complaint is the lack of sun beds around the pool which was sometimes busy in the afternoon. It was a pleasant 10 minute walk to Disneyland (depending on traffic lights!) and had lots of options for groceries or eating out around the hotel.

Staff was all very nice and everything was very clean I didn't know the room I booked there would be another door in my room connected to another room. If I had known, I would change to a different room. Cause I can hear noises from the other side in the middle of the night while we're sleeping. I think it should be mentioned when we book. So if some customers don't like to be connected to another room, they can pick a different room.

Nice, clean hotel with a friendly staff. Quiet neighborhood, next to Disneyland Resort.

Our check-in guy was excellent. The pool bartender was very bad. Felt like we were bothering him for a soda. When we went to check out he was nowhere to be seen. They added a $5 tip automatically for bad service.
