The hotel is walking distance to Disney Parks, and staffs are friendly and helpful. Location

I told the reception staff we were there for a 3 day conference. He gave me us a room without closet or hangers. I am not asking for someone brilliant, was just expecting someone with common sense.

Very poor

My air conditioner was not working properly. I was here for a trip to Disneyland and I had the ac running at 64 from the night I arrived (Thursday night) until the morning I left (Sunday morning). The room never made it cooler than 70 degrees the entire time. I did not want to make the time to pack everything back up and switch rooms. I just wish the air was working properly

Only gripe is there pillows were horrible, start off fluffy but go flat almost immediately, doesn’t matter how many you stack, please upgrade the pillows.

The pool wasn’t very clean. Only issue. But wasn’t terrible.

Clean and pretty spacious room! Loved how close it was to Disneyland. Super convenient and many stores and restaurants around the area. All around solid hotel and nice staff!!

Our shower pressure was really bad and the pipes were very loud every time we used it. Everything else was good. Restaurant was good and room was good. Would stay again.

Thanks to the cleaning staff! After a long day at dinsney we came back to an impeccable room. The kids souvenirs were placed sweetly on display.
