Hotel Lulu, BW Premier Collection

About 15 minutes to Disneyland,clean rooms, staff very helpful, English and Spanish, no breakfast included, but there's a restaurant by the swimming pool or Ihop around the corner.

Love staying here and stay here often. Easy walk to Disney and convention center. Rooms are comfortable.

The property is convenient to Disney and CA adventure. Clean property with lots of towels in the room. Nice pool area. A free welcome drink checking in . Would definitely stay there again. Great value!

The property was nicer than I thought it would be for the price. I did not realize though that you needed to tell the staff that you wanted your room cleaned. That would have been good to have known at check-in.

Complimentary beverage, a Blue Lulu, was a happy treat. Hotel breakfast is good. I enjoyed it more than IHop’s. This location was very convenient, with the Toy Story buses to the park a 7min walk from hotel property. IHOP was located next door and less busy than one closer to the parks. Past IHOP is a Walgreens and across the street is a CVS. I would stay at this location again.

The staff are helpful, attentive and friendly. An affordable stay at a convenient location to Disney and other areas of interests.

The property is a bit outdated but its clean, the staff is friendly & has great location. They also gave me a drink at check in & a snack for my daughter. I would return.

Disliked having to pay for parking

I booked Hotel Lulu a month in advance because it worked around the time we were visiting Disney. Before checking in, I called a day in advance about being able to park in the lot. The office staff said yes and all we had to do was get the blue parking pass. When we got the hotel, we arrived early and utilized their luggage room. This was greatly appreciated because we didn't want someone to steal our belongings. The office staff gave me a ticket an able to retrieve my items for when I returned for check in. I usually don't do this, but I did ask if we were able to have a early check in before 4pm, and they took my information to update me. A few hours passed and my room was ready. We had a standard two queen sized room in the smaller building, but it did just fine. We had a street view and could not hear any outside noise. The AC was amazing due to the heat. I would say the only thing that was missing was the ice bucket, but we were out at the park anyway, so it didn't matter as much to me than my dad. The walking distance wasn't bad either. I would estimate 10 mins going and 15 mins back due to sore feet haha. Thanks for an amazing stay!!

Kind staff. Clean rooms. Food options were great and a lot of variety. Walking distance to Disneyland. Only downside is the pool was closed for half of our stay.

Great experience decent price

Check in was very easy and staff was helpful through the process. The property was very clean and well maintained. We were there for two nights and never had any complaints or issues.

Our room was beautiful, spacious, and the beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable—we all slept so well after long days at Disneyland! Housekeeping was excellent as well. Anytime we requested service, our room was cleaned promptly and thoroughly, and we always came back to a fresh, spotless room. One of the biggest reasons we chose Hotel Lulu was the location, and it did not disappoint. It’s only a 13-minute walk to both Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure, so we never had to worry about driving or parking. There are also plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, Walgreens, CVS, and other conveniences just steps from the hotel. My two daughters, ages 14 and 10, had the best time and absolutely loved staying here. They kept saying how much they liked the hotel, and it made our Disneyland vacation even more special. Hotel Lulu offers incredible value for the price. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, stylish hotel close to Disneyland without paying Disney resort prices, this is definitely the place to stay. We will absolutely be staying here again on our next trip to Anaheim. Thank you, Hotel Lulu, for such a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

Bath tub faucet was broke and there was no hot water for the 2 days we stayed. And we also stayed there in march and the bath tub drain did not work

The first room had hair in the shower/ bathtub so they staff changed our room. The second room had slow shower/ bathtub drain but we stayed as we had already unpacked.

Nice facility walking distance to Disneyland and various shops and restaurants. We were greeted warmly and the staff was attentive. The gates and well lit parking made me feel secure. I will definitely stay again.

I felt like the room was smaller than I expected, although we didn’t have any art in our room and it just felt a little weird but it was clean. We were missing trash bags. Staff was nice, but the food was the best part of the experience super fresh and was great!

The most serious issue happened on the second day of our stay, which was the first day housekeeping entered our room. Before leaving for the parks, our iPad was in perfect working condition. When we returned, it had been damaged. I immediately went to the front desk that evening and reported the incident to the manager. He was courteous and said he would investigate and call me with an update, but I never received that call. That same evening, I asked the manager if he could store my gel pad in the freezer, and he agreed. When I brought it to him the following day, I asked about the investigation. He told me that it had concluded the housekeeper did not damage the iPad. When I asked how it could have been broken while left in our room if housekeeping was not responsible, he had no explanation. The hotel refunded our stay through Expedia, and while I appreciate that gesture, it does not make up for the damage to my iPad. I am extremely disappointed that our personal belongings were handled in a way that resulted in damage, and no one accepted responsibility or provided a reasonable explanation. There were also several other issues throughout our stay: * From the very first shower, the bathtub drain was clogged. The water would collect around our feet every time we showered. * The elevator was extremely hot
