Hotel Lulu, BW Premier Collection

Great location

Great location. Somewhat rude front desk staff but I’m sure they get treated like crap. Decent size rooms.

We've found our new hotel. The staff is amazing the rooms are extremely clean and comfortable beds/pillows. Very close walk to Disneyland, about 15 minutes to the front gate.

Overall it’s a decent stay….the location was great, close to Disneyland, next door to an ihop and very close to a walgreens and cvs. The only issues I had were with the ac that sounded like a leaf blower and the cable box stopped working, so I called down to have someone fix it and was told that someone would be up to look at it and no one showed….so I ended up fixing it myself.

The beds weren’t very comfortable, and the TV system was outdated, which made it less enjoyable when trying to relax in the evening. On top of that, the $34 parking fee felt excessive. Overall, it came across as one of those places where the online photos set higher expectations than the actual experience.

Great hotel for the price and for how close it was to Disneyland. Would definitely stay here again.

Had everything I needed (soaps/conditioner) The only thing is, the water for the shower wasn’t getting hot enough, it was more on the cooler temp for me. But my overall stay was exceptional.

This hotel is very nice, it’s in a great location near Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm, angels stadium as well. The staff are very nice and I got a free beverage upon check-in. The only thing I was unaware of is they don’t maintain the room or do housekeeping unless you ask for it. I was there three nights and never got housekeeping. The hotel pool is nice with lounge chairs, and a bar. It’s a great hotel for families!

The room was clean. Staff was helpful. They even sent the robot up to bring up tp. The pool was nice enough.

Property was walking distance to Disney and met all our expectations!

The hotel lobby smelled fantastic. I was surprised by the daily parking rate as I didn’t see it posted on Expedia (although I’m sure it was in fine print somewhere). The room was clean and comfortable. The toilet seemed lower than a normal toilet. Overall we may stay again if we had a low enough rate for the location and to offset the cost of parking.

Staff were friendly, rooms definitely need an upgrade. Our window view was horrible just a block wall

The parking is $35 per night however they charge you $5.75 for parking tax! How can parking have a tax when other hotels in the area do not charge tax. I believe is another way for the Hotel to get $40 per stay. I don’t mind paying just don’t like added made up cost to my bill.

This is the first time I leave a 5-star review for a room from Expedia! My family and I have been dying to stay at the Lulu for a while! So glad we finally did it! Our room had two queen beds and a view of the fireworks from Disneyland! If you’re lucky enough to stay on the 6th floor or higher in the main building, you’ll get to see it! Did I mention we had a microwave in our room?! So grateful especially for late night hunger after Disney! Free drinks for the adults and Oreos for younger guests upon check-in? That was a fun bonus and a great way to start the trip! The front desk was so kind and cheerful! Kudos to them for always wearing a smile and acknowledging everyone that enters the lobby. We can’t wait to stay here again!
