It was nice until I took a bath with my girls and smelled a super strong smell of bleach. We were in the bath for 5 mins when u noticed that the house cleaner did was out the bath all the way. When I talked to front desk about it. They didn’t believe and kept giving me the run around. First they couldn’t do anything then they had to have a meeting with a manger then they couldn’t because they don’t use bleach and then the last excuse was we prepaid and couldn’t refund us. When I said I’m doing a back change that’s when he said I would get a call from the manger. I never wanted a full refund but at least some back for what happen! My children were in a bleach bath because of them and they kept changing there story but now I do want a full refund! Disgusting place. They offered me a new room at 10 pm at night but girls were going to bed and we were leaving the next morning. Will never stay here again. Bleach in tube and they didn’t believe me and were changing there stories

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was nice and clean. Will definitely stay again overall great and affordable.

Great location! You can walk to Disney in less than 15 minutes. The room is very spacious and bonus having a microwave, fridge, and coffee maker! Check in was a breeze and continental breakfast was great to have too. Beds were comfy and having extra blankets and pillows was a plus. Not being charged for parking is hard to find these days. I would stay here again. The tub was not draining well and there were a few ants but only in the bathroom every now and then.

It was ok. My opinion too pricey for how the hotel was. I get it that its close to disneyland and thats the reason for the price. Everything was clean and well maintained. The walls were thin though and I heard thumping all morning from people upstairs. The shades should be blackout to allow people to sleep better and the beds need to be reconsidered. Kinda hard mattresses and the pillows weren't really comfortable. Other than that my stay was ok. Price is not justified.

Cute and quaint, but our room had a colony of small ants in the bathroom, and likely they were not contained there. Front desk did not seem to care when brought to their attention.

Room was clean. AC worked well. Shower pressure good. Easy walk to the Disney Shuttle depot for park entrance.

Amazing resort & we are definitely coming back here again. Only a 5-8 minute walk to the park & workers are amazing

I liked the easy walkability to Disneyland park. Took us about 10 mins. Location wise is great! Ubers were about $10 not bad at all. sheets could be brand new. The comforter was a bit rough.

Clean and comfortable hotel close to Disneyland parks. About 10 to 15 minute walk. A plus with the swimming pool.

We will definitely be staying here again. The only issue we had was that the floor seemed dirty—our feet were black after walking around the room, so it could use a more thorough mopping. Other than that, it was a great motel, and I would happily stay here again.

Parking was tight. There does not appear to be enough parking spots for the amount of rooms.
