The staff is extremely helpful.

To all of us the exterior was a little off putting but when you go inside the rooms they were very nice. Other than the initial thought the stay was great and we had no problems whatsoever. Air conditioning was great and parking situation was good as well.

Location Very unclean. There was coffee grounds or dirt scattered around the perimeter of the room, the ac systems were filled with dust, hair on our blankets and cigarette burn / stains on blanket , and the shower was not sealed . I booked for 2 rooms and upon check in the office staff only gave me one room and then told me I’d have to pay for a second, when I agreed to pay for a second room (upon before seeing the rooms) I did try explaining that I did initially request 2 rooms and the staff said one room was big enough for 9 people and then I said if that’s the case I’ll pay for a second. She “looked” at my booking again and said, oh it’s ok no charge here’s a key to a 2nd room.

It was close to Disneyland I crossed paths with a rat on the property and our room’s floor seemed to be on the dirty side.

We had a great stay. The staff was very helpful , the rooms were super clean and the pool was really clean as well. The walk to Disney was very short. Will definitely book at this hotel again.

Absolutely disgusting hotel, they need to be under investigation for what they show in pics and what u get.

I helpful that is really close to the park, but the floor was sticky and not well maintained.

Feont staff was wonderful upon our check in. Rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. It was a good distance to walk to disney.

Worn motel style stay. The front staff were nice, but the accommodation isn't well kept up. Cracks in the ceiling and floors. Splatters of substances on the walls/floors. Peeling countertops. Loud ac units. You get the idea. If you just need a place to get a few hours of sleep after a day in the parks, it serves a purpose, but it's not a stay I'll be booking again.

The property was conveniently located near Disneyland! It was very spacious and the AC worked great.

If you stay here, be sure to ask for a top-floor room. The building is older and not very soundproof. I was woken at 5AM by noise from the people above me walking around which sounded like stomping.

There were also stains on the walls and baseboards, giving the entire room a neglected, unsanitary feel. Even the bathroom area had signs of mold and poor maintenance. To make matters worse, there was hair stuck to the towels, which is completely unacceptable, and there wasn’t even backup toilet paper provided. Overall, the condition of the room made it really hard to feel comfortable or safe staying there. For the price and location, I expected at least basic cleanliness, but this fell far below that standard. I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made to cleanliness and upkeep.

Great place to stay for Disneyland park. About 10mins walk to the park. Free parking at the hotel so no worry about parking.

This property is a very close walk to Disneyland! Staff is super nice! And we’re able to assist us when we needed to open our bubble wands for kids lending us a tool. Everything was perfect.

Check-in was pleasant and we received one of the rooms that has been upgraded. We come on vaction to disney and the location was great.
