After a 9 hour drive we arrive to the hotel. our first night in the room we encountered an infestation of roaches in the bathroom, under the toilet paper. We informed the front desk and relocated us to a different room. And offered to take 1 night off our stay.

We were able to get a parking pass before check-in to leave my vehicle and visit Disneyland parks. After leaving the park to check-in the motel we unloaded my vehicle, freshened up and went back to Disneyland until closing. Shuttle service to the parks.

Great location the property just needs a lot of cleaning. Our room was one of the older rooms nothing like the rooms advertised on TikTok. Definitely a disappointment.

The hotel is old, run-down, and poorly maintained. The walls were stained, the floors were filthy, and the blankets had visible stains. It was clear the room had not been properly cleaned, and I did not feel comfortable staying there. The bathroom was even worse. The sink barely drained, and the bathtub filled with dirty water due to a clogged drain. On top of that, water was dripping from the ceiling through a metal fixture above the bathtub, raising serious safety concerns. The exterior was just as neglected, with peeling paint and visible deterioration throughout the building. The entire property appears to be in desperate need of repairs. This hotel misrepresents its condition in its advertising. I felt completely misled and would strongly advise others to stay elsewhere

The rooms were clean The rooms are not inside a hotel they are like apartments outside so your climbing stairs, the pool is nice and clean. The only problem I had is the toilet paper, they only provide you with 1 toilet paper roll per room, its cheap paper roll that will not last a day, especially when your sharing a room with 3 or 4 people, you better buy a 6 pack of toilet paper to last you if you decide to stay there.

Google advertising breakfast there is none Bedding dirty $45.00 fee to charge a scooter inside the room, had to leave ot outside Old looking, false advertisement, and fees not mentioned on ads

The room was great for a family of 5. The staff was not engaging at all also the room could have been cleaner.

The rooms were great size for a bigger family and the host was extremely friendly and accommodating. Great location 15 walk to Disneyland. The shower leaked a bit onto the floor and we wish we had a dresser in the room.

The room was a good size and the host was very friendly and accommodating. There were a few of the finishes in the room that were a bit worn, but nothing major.

The location of this place was not bad at all, but rooms are not what they look like on the photos, at first I was given a really old room that looked like a rundown motel, I immediately walked out and requested a more renovated room but even that I was not completely happy since is not what I had chosen online, one of the room doors was damaged and unable to close the bedroom door. My family members checked in on their room and the AC was broken. The staff were good I can’t complain about that, they were trying to accommodate me but did mention that they would charge more for the other rooms they had “the one I had chosen online” I just wished that the pictures were more honest. I wish I was given a room that I picked online, not to mention I was there a few min before check in and was told that all other rooms were booked.

The staff are friendly enough. Not overly accommodating. The front desk area is in real need of an update. It is not so inviting. The walls are dingy, no real decor to speak of, and there is a funky musty food smell. No offense to the owners, I understand they reside there. We will stay again but will be sure to ask for the newer rooms.

Close to Disneyland, price was great and actually looked decent inside

Was clean, Affordable and had space for my family of six. Pool and hot tub were great. Friendly staff. Rooms weee cleaned daily. Walking distance to Disneyland park and very close to Anaheim garden walk. No frills hotel but was just what we needed.

The photos are definitely misleading. It probably wouldn’t have been bad but we definitely did not get one of the updated rooms. It was just ok. It felt like a motel forsure.
