Very good
-
I did wake up with some bites on my feet and legs but I didn’t see anything. Told the hotel at checkout just so they can check.
-
I loved everything! All of the staff were professional, kind and very accommodating. They assisted with every want & need. That there was only 1 elevator.
-
Room was VERY clean. Staff was so nice and professional when checking in and parking was convenient
-
Clean, bed was comfortable. I like that there is no carpet in the room. Shower fixture needs replaced. Location was great. Easy walk to Disney.
-
The room was nice but small with no where to put suitcases.
-
Didn’t stay long but the room & surrounding areas were clean, staff was nice, easy to communicate with them regarding my late arrival, bed was comfy and shower pressure was good (this is a thing with me lol).
-
Free parking, very clean rooms, and it is located near the parks, about 10 minutes walk, it has many shops nearby.

Staff and cleanliness
-
This hotel is conveniently close to restaurants, pharmacies, and a 10 minute walk ( at a moderate pace) from Disneyland. The beds were super comfortable and the hotel was quiet enough to sleep after walking 20k + steps at the park.

I liked that they didn’t charge for parking and room service was great. The location is excellent you have every store you need near by also Disneyland is walkable. Could do buffet instead of Al carte menu. But this is just suggestion.
