Friendly staff. Very clean environment. Lots of underground parking. There was only 1 elevator and it was also being shared with housekeeping so at times we were waiting for the elevator for a while

We didn't need parking, but you will only get one parking spot per room. Not sure why other guests thought they could book one room and get a few parking spots. We were allowed to check our luggage as we arrived sooner than check in and luckily our room was cleaned a bit early and got in at 2:30pm. This place does not include breakfast as it originally advertised on Expedia. I got that fixed as it was very mis leading. The pool is only open til 9pm. Was hoping it woulda been open til 10pm. Didn't get a chance to try it. The shower is a bit confusing to maneuver but once we figured it out the shower was actually quite amazing. Decent water pressure and nice and hot. Made me feel squeaky clean. Also enjoyed the provided soap from the dispenser. All in all would def stay here again!

Parking is first come first serve so watch out hanging at the park until close to have parking. Security guy sucks on his phone and couldn’t get up to guide where I should park. He was useless.

We had a one night stay and really only used the room to sleep after a long day at the park. The room itself was clean but dated. The phones and smoke detectors were yellowing. The AC worked well but it was very damp/humid in the room.

Had everything but a gym. Cool hotel with everything you need on a small scale.

The staff was really exceptional. No complaints will say again. I have no complaints

Parking got crowded the last night we were there so we had no choice but to use the employee parking area.

It was modern and beds were comfortable, except the sofa bed, it has the thinnest “mattress” basically sleeping on metal rods. It was nice but it has a strong smoking odor as son as you walk in the lobby. The shower handle was broken and hard to adjust. Also they don’t have enough parking spots it was always full.

Great location...quick walk to Convention Center. The staff were great. The included breakfast was fantastic...not you run of the mill included breakfast...order off the menu, delicious, and the portions were very generous...you could definitely share. The staff in the cafe were wonderful! It was all great.

Staff and facilities are always top notch. Can get a bit noisy from traffic and people outside on the street at night. Nothing the hotel has control over.

Very clean rooms and property and very friendly and helpful staff. Every staff member we encountered was great. Housekeeping did an excellent job. The walk wasn’t bad to the parks and we felt safe walking home, even at 2 in the morning. Our only wishes were that there was a magnified make up mirror in the bathroom and the pool hours ran later. We also got a kick out of the unique walnut theme!
