Kings Inn Anaheim at the Park & Convention Center

Clean and quiet, semi close to the Disney park Jacuzzi was down for most of our stay, charge for vehicle parking now.

The room was well maintained and clean. Excellent location right next to the Gardenwalk, so plenty of restaurants nearby, and within reasonable walking distance from Disneyland. All for a solid price. Would recommend.

However, there were a few issues. Although we were told the price included taxes and fees, we were surprised at check-in by an additional $20 per day parking fee that had not been clearly disclosed. In room 239, the sink water had a very strong, rancid odor, though the shower water was fine. We also used the laundry facility (open 8:00 AM–10:00 PM), but the dryer did not fully dry our clothes even after running overnight on high. When we reported it, we were told the hotel doesn’t service the machines and that we needed to call a separate number to request a $4 refund. While the refund was appreciated, it didn’t resolve the inconvenience, as we didn’t have time to try again before heading to Disneyland. The staff were pleasant, and the room itself was clean, but the unexpected parking fee, sink water odor, and malfunctioning dryer made the stay less convenient than expected. Overall, it was an adequate stay with a few issues that should be addressed.

Great place to stay at for fair rates! My family and I definitely loved how close Disney was and the fun around!

The property was clean, the pool is nice it’s very close to the Cheesecake Factory. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the park. We will stay again it was very affordable.

I did not like this property and the pictures weren't realistic when I was looking at reviews. Beds were terribly hard to sleep on. The floors in the room were sticky to walk on and shower was not clean and the water backed up while showering. The lighting was very low and dreary in the room. Parking didn't seem to be the safest as anyone could wonder onto the property. However, the customer service was good as the manager refunded my reservation due to my dissatisfaction.

The room was clean only probably had was with the tv remote batteries , but it was fixed that same night. The pool was amazing and nice and clean so were the rooms.

The location is convenient to Disneyland. Walkable. And parking is inexpensive relative to other options in the area. You can park starting first thing in the morning the day preceding your night’s stay. The building is dated and basic. Staff was friendly and helpful. If you mainly want a place to park and then sleep near the park, it works well. It is not a good place to spend time while awake. And a bit far to walk back for a rest before going back into the park for the evening.
