Great stay. Staff is good, but very streamlined process when booking through hotels so check in/out was quick and I hardly delt with the staff. There's a gated underground parking garage which I loved. One elevator was not working, which made it a little inconvenient going to and from the room to the vehicle, hopefully this is fixed soon.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was clean and comfortable, all property is clean and safe.

I think this may be our go to from now on when we go to DL. We have stayed at numerous properties, and its always a struggle to balance cost/convenience/quality. Sure, you can stay closer and pay more (or way more) or you can stay farther away and uber, but I think this hit the sweet spot for us. Easy 5 min walk with only 1 street crossing, clean, nice, affordable! The staff here is INCREDIBLE-always said something to us when we were leaving/arriving. Super quiet hallways/rooms. No free continental breakfast, which isn't a deal breaker. Only thing we wished it had was a bigger pool area (super tiny) but we used this to go to disney and not slack off and hang by the pool!! Love this place!!!

Really good option as a home base for a trip to the OC! Clean and no frills, we didn’t have any complaints!

We always have a great time when we stay here. The hotel is clean. Staff is wonderful. Always so friendly and helpful. The food is delicious. The little bistro/bar is great.

Great property that is walking distance to Disneyland, Garden Walk, great restaurants. Staff is super friendly and very helpful. Beds were comfortable and rooms were very quiet. Nice to have Starbucks coffee bar at property. We stayed here 3 years ago and were happy then. We're happy now and we'll definitely be back! Thanks for a great stay and vacation!
