The only unpleasant experience I had was with the alarm clock in our room. On our first morning, it went off at 6:00 AM. I had gone to bed around 12:30 AM, so I was still half asleep and just pressed a button to stop it. About 9–10 minutes later, it went off again. It took me several tries to figure out how to completely turn off the alarm, and by then I was fully awake and couldn’t go back to sleep. I’m certain no one in my family had set the alarm, so I’m not sure whether it was left on by the previous guest or set by hotel staff. I would suggest that housekeeping check and reset the alarm clocks between guests. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent for visiting Disneyland, and overall the hotel was clean, convenient, and comfortable

How close it is walking distance to the There is some kind of odor, but I believe it has to do with the way they washed their sheets

Clean and friendly staff. Great parking and centrally located near shops, restaurant and Disneyland Noise at 5 am sounded like garbage truck loading garbage.

The hotel was clean, cozy and located next to everything we needed. It is definitely one of our top picks. The only thing lacking was the fact that breakfast isn’t included. If breakfast was included it would have been home run.

It was conveniently located super friendly staff. Everyone was absolutely amazing. There was homeless people sleeping in the bushes are on the side of the building. We went to sit on the patio in the front of the café and were startled to see someone in the bushes this happened more than one day out of the five day stay traveling with small children and wanting them to be able to feel safe well just eating and playing on the patio. It was a little concerning. We eventually just went back inside.

Only about a 10-minute walk to Disneyland, and so close to so many restaurants, GardenWalk Anaheim, CVS, and Walgreens. The location is absolutely perfect for a Disney trip! 🏰✨Great price ! One of the biggest pluses for us was the FREE underground parking—amazing! 🙌 Most hotels in the area charge so much for parking, so this was a huge bonus. The hotel was very clean, modern, and comfortable, and the staff was amazing. Housekeeping was also excellent! We had breakfast there one morning, and it was very good and reasonably priced. Honestly, this is one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at when visiting the Disneyland parks. Great location, great service, clean rooms, and FREE parking—what more could you ask for? We’ll definitely be back! ❤️🏰✨

This was a great hotel! We stayed while visiting Disneyland. The hotel was a short walk to the park and very safe late at night.
