The staff was really welcoming and helpful, property is very clean, breakfast was very good. Overall nice stay.

The hotel is very noisy; you could hear noise from the hallway and the plumbing—like the sound of the toilet flushing in the next room—as well as voices and outside sounds like arriving cars or the garbage truck. The breakfast isn't bad, except for the coffee; it tastes like anything but coffee—very bitter and strange. However, the facilities are well-maintained and look good.

Overall this was a very good almost great hotel. Cost was on the higher side. Always hate having to pay for self parking but I guess its more and more common. Staff was pleasant enough (I wouldn't say friendly). Property felt safe, secure and clean. Rooms were very nice but I think a year or two away from a needed upgrading/refreshing. Housekeeping was a bit disappointing. Seemed to do bare cleaning other than making beds. Sinks still had toothpaste residue in them after 'housekeeping'. Oddly enough there was hardly any outside noise that penetrated the room but noise from downstairs seem to come in more than you would expect. Not so much that it would keep us up but enough that the kids would keep asking, 'what is that sound?' Overall, if I could get a not too high rate, I would come back again. I still would be hoping that the property would be refurbished when I return. I'd give it about am 8 out of 10.

Location as near to food area Room is not sound proof and the at 10pm u cant watch tv or talk inside as the next room will be banging on you to silence , inform the staff they said its a house so it has to be silent by 10pm, aside the most expensive parking we ever have, $40 a night

Customer service was great. Front desk was able to accommodate and check me in a little bit earlier. I requested a room closer to our family members that were also staying there at the same time and they were able to get me in the same floor. It’s a great location, walking distance to Disneyland which was the reason for booking this hotel. The only negative was after a long day at Disneyland, we got back to the hotel after 11pm. Looked forward to a hot shower after the park and the shower water was ice cold. Waited til morning for warm shower. I’m not sure if I would book again for that reason.

The staff, specifically at the front desk, were extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. The location was good; it only took me 8 minutes to walk to the entrance of Disneyland Resort. Lastly, the room pretty much met my expectations; it looked exactly like what was advertised and I felt like I was at home. That extra sense of comfort really meant a lot to me. I would certainly recommend the Hyatt House, whether you’re travelling solo, with someone else or with your family.

Very easy to access by car and walking. Also very quiet and clean. I like that our room faced the back so there wasn’t any street noise. Nothing really. The alarm clock went off very early which was disruptive - but that wasn’t the hotel fault.

Always stay here for disney trips, rooms are spacious clean and proximity to Disneyland just down the street is awesome. Plus breakfast is decent no need to go to ihop or anything else...

Parking was $40/night. Garage and elevators smelled really bad of garbage and air freshener spray and it was so strong when we arrived... that would be my only complaint.

Amazing hotel! We stayed here for 3 nights for our Disney trip… Staff was friendly, location was great - close to everything, our room (suite) was clean and spacious - enough room for us and our 3 children, and breakfast was good! Will definitely come back again!

During breakfast, there was a leak coming from the roof. While it was not the staff’s fault, it was somewhat distracting during the meal. The breakfast itself was average. We really enjoyed the potatoes, but we found the meat selection to be limited and somewhat disappointing.

Clean and close to Disneyland would stay again

In general it’s a good choice if you need to stay around Disney. The only complaint I have is the noise of the air conditioner. It’s impacting my sleep a little bit but it may because I’m a sensitive one. My other families didn’t complained it.
