Parking garage was full both nights and it was difficult navigating in and out of the sister hotel, especially with one person in a wheelchair. Quite the inconvenience for $50 a night. Breakfast was a bit unsanitary and dining spaces were very dirty. Room was great. Water pressure was great. Staff amazing!!

Everything was great except the parking we came back to the hotel after dinner and the parking garage was full they then told us to park at residence inn and that was also full we had to go and park all the way at Sheraton hotel parking lot which was horrible and with a sleeping toddler it was just not good the walked seemed eternal since we were all so tired.

Clean, spacious room, simple and good breakfast buffet (eggs, sausage, tater tots or breakfast potatoes was alternated, Mickey Mouse head shaped mini waffles were yum!, oatmeal, hot coffee, juices, apples) 15 minute walk to Disneyland. Good family hotel at a budget, not fancy but meets all the needs at an affordable rate. Honest and nice staff who called me when I accidentally left my debit card at the check out desk- much appreciated!!

Great family vacation spot

So convenient to Disneyland! We loved getting the breakfast. The bed was actually comfortable, and the place was more quiet than I expected. There were unruly kids jumping and tumbling around above us at 5am, but that's more of a parenting thing not the hotel's fault. Clean hotel, super convenient. Would recommend to families heading to Disneyland.

Great stay overall!

The rooms were very maintained and clean. The breakfast was very good. The location was perfect. There was a CVS next to the hotel, a Walgreens across the street, a 7/11 across the other side of the street, and Disneyland is in a walking distance. There was also a lot of restaurants and there was a mini type of outlet nearby. The service was excellent and honestly, I would come here again.

Reasonably good

We have stayed in this property 10 years ago when we went to Disneyland and was pleased with this hotel and we decided to stay here again on our recent trip back to Disneyland with a 9 year old kid. The property maintained its cleanliness, staff are attentive and helpful, breakfast is wonderful, the bunk beds in the room were a nice touch and the location can’t be beat, walking distance to Disneyland with lots of restaurants, coffee shops and a CVS nearby. We will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to family and friends and to those who will read this review.

First, the shower head was unreachable, lol. I'm only 5'2, and the showerhead was beyond my reach to be able to adjust the setting to a different pressure. Second - the parking lot was full, and we were unable to park in the hotel parking lot. Fortunately, they accommodated us at the Residence Inn, but that lot was almost full as well, and we had trouble finding a spot. Third - the "waffle station" was overrun with children who wanted a Mickey Waffle - It seems like an additional station would be helpful. Outside of those things, it was a pleasant stay.

Very good breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff specially front desk thank Alejandra. My only dissapointment is the parking I was charge with 40dls. Should be included.

The idea was walking distance to Disneyland no very good experience with that

Staff was amazing, rooms are clean, breakfast was amazing and parking was okay the hotel was walking distance to everything. Amazing stay!

We had a wonderful stay- The location was perfect location for Disneyland e.g., walking to downtown / exploring local sights], and the entire property was incredibly clean and well-maintained. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome from the moment we checked in. Our room was comfortable, quiet, and had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed the morning breakfast. We also loved that you can see the fireworks from the pool. The gym was convenient and had a nice view with decent equipment and weights. The pool was clean and shaded in some areas. The staff was friendly.
