I like everything staff was helpful, very nice. I left my phone in the lobby and they came to bring me my phone. That says a lot. I will be going here every time I go to Disney

Front desk was amazing very accommodating and the breakfast was very delicious and helpful when the day is already packed!

Location was in good walking distance to Disneyland. Breakfast was adequate but not much variety. Room was clean but shower drain was somewhat clogged- slow to drain. Must be some reason all news channels were available except Fox News-

Fabulous stay!

The location was perfect. The staff was really sweet and helpful. I don’t like that they do not have room service every day. I also thought their breakfast was not good. The eggs were so bad… But they were really sweet and very accommodating and they did have coffee.

Very close to Disneyland (walkable) and near a 24/7 CVS for any last minute stuff

Finally, a hotel with a perfectly medium-firm mattress and genuinely comfortable pillows! I had one of the most restful nights of sleep I’ve experienced at a hotel, making my stay especially enjoyable. I would definitely return.

Staff was very friendly and very responsive! However the showers had mildew/mold on the corners but everything else was good. Enough space for a family of 6

The laundry doesn't have airflow. I felt like I was in a sauna and drenched with sweat by the time I switched my clothes from washer to dryer. There needs to be some type of cooling ventilation

We were so happy we chose to stay at Springhill Suites. Our room, with two separate sleeping areas, was a great option for our family. All of the staff we spoke with were wonderful and very accommodating. The dining room and kitchen staff do an excellent job keeping up with the food demand and keeping everything clean and spotless. We were extremely happy from the moment we walked in to the warm greeting they gave us. The food was absolutely a phenomenal. The breakfast was a hot breakfast with many choices for my grandchildren and also for myself. The coffee was phenomenal. The rooms were big and clean and the pool was so much fun. Then we watched the fireworks from Disneyland from the rooftop of the hotel just magical. We will be staying there every single time we go to Disneyland everything was just perfect.

Really nice room especially with kids. Parking was a challenge but otherwise it’s a great location and very comfortable room. Conveniently located right next to a CVS
