Desert Palms Hotel & Suites

The room was very nice and exactly what was portrayed. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend staying.

Hotel within walking distance to Disneyland. The staff was excellent and helpful. the hotel was clean with no issues. Only down side during our stay was the breakfast, while there was a variety to chose from it did not change daily except the egg dish. Was limited on diabetic offerings.

Overall, I would not recommend this place, I will not stay here again. I will pay more to have a nice sleep in a comfortable bed. If you really want to save money stay further away from Disney. I didn’t save enough to make this feel worthwhile and after walking 20k in steps you’ll want a nice bed.

Perfect for families traveling for Disneyland! We loved everything about the hotel! Pool was clean and perfect. Kids loved it! Breakfast was great every morning, great for a buffet style before a long day at Disney. Will be back for future trips.

My room was clean and it was accessible, quite perfect for our family and safe to walk with my cane. The room was safe and I did not experience any loss of items or valuables. Breakfast was served hot and there was plenary to go around. Parking was not too available, parking was crowded however there were available parking spaces. The staff was kind, friendly and very helpful. I left tips to show our appreciation. There is a convenience store inside of the hotel and a work out room that has a variety of equipment. The pool and hot tub was very clean and didn’t smell weird. There are plenty of restrooms by the pool.

I loved my corner room it was super nice the only complaint was the room had a moldy smell to it but I was only staying for one night so it wasn’t the end of the world but other than that it was a very nice room

Property is ok, carpet in the room was old and gross looking, and shower wouldn’t drain right so you stood in water while showering. Overall I would give it 3/5
