This hotel is perfect for longer stays full kitchen plenty of room. Smelt very clean and looked very clean. Oh and the free breakfast is unbeatable lights up blue at night. Roof top pool just amazing hotel and resort.

We liked the proximity to the parks. Cleaning staff was also super nice. Upon arrival our room was not ready. Once in the room all of the knives were on a lower level drawer that is very dangerous for a family with toddlers. We also asked for the fire pit to be turned on and they said staff was sent to go do it and they never came.

Great location Breakfast was weak - but if it was good everyone would just steal lots to take to Disney

The room was dirty. It was unswept, food under the cabinets and refrigerator in the kitchen, baby vomit on the floor, sand on the couch, they never changed the sheets, hairs on the towels, bathroom sink drain did not work, plugs did not work, drawers are broken, roach body and legs on the floor, blood and some other bodily fluids on the head board, flies in the dining area. The ops is a the problem. The concierge staff was helpful and accommodating. They made it right and remedied the situation. I have been staying at Residence Inns exclusively for years and this was the first negative cleanliness experience I have had. The staff was wonderful and I WILL stay with them again. I look forward to the improvements when I go back in 6 months.

I loved the fact that the property was literally walking distance to the Disney resort Honestly everything was great except that the room wasn’t entirely clean. There was still crumbs on the chairs and the bathroom had hair on the floor, sink and bath
