Staff was friendly Room was a little rundown

Staff at the front desk were polite and friendly. The parking is a shared parking structure at the back of the hotel. There were a few parking spaces along the length of the hotel but apparently those go quickly. As someone who drives a full size truck with a 8 ft bed, it was difficult trying to find a parking spot I could fit in. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. I didn’t like the bathroom door as if someone needed to go into it and someone was at the sink , you had to move out of the way as the big door would have hit you. Fairly close to the parks. Building is locked and you have to use your key to get to the rooms, so it felt safe. But if you order food or anything, you have to meet them outside in the parking lot. It was ok all in all.

Location and price

It was close to Disneyland. It smelled like someone died in the room. Everything looked like it had not been deep cleaned since the hotel opened. The mattress was truly disgusting. The phone didn’t work.

Rooms were basic, it's a good location but you pay for parking. Nothing special

Location stuff There is excessive noise and movement from the children in the room above us every day due to poor sound insulation. When we spoke to the reception desk about this to ask for the activity to be reduced, they stated that there was nothing they could do until 10:00 PM.

Conveniently located

Over all a nice place to stay. Great bang for you buck! Across the street from a IHop and a Walgreens. Walking distance from Disneyland. Have to pay for parking but pretty safe place.

Checked in, went to “our” room that they said was “checked and cleaned” and it was someone else’s room. All their belongings were present and lights were on etc. We went back down and got another room. No A/C in the hallways and funky smell. The room had A/C but dirty sheets, and I would never not wear my shoes on the floor. Shower was run down and drains weren’t working well. Your charger $40/night for parking and after we got back from dinner and an hour and DTD, NO PARKING. We circled for 1hr and even went to the property next door that they said should have parking… none. Lots of time wasted at this hotel. I complained and left the next morning to a much cleaner and more comfortable hotel. I wouldn’t stay there again even if it was free.

The elevators were down our toilet and bathroom sink Core clogged they did not give us towels. Even after we asked the lady. The clogging of the toilet when you’re there with the family that is constantly using that area it’s a problem while on vacation

I had such a great time stay it was closed by Disneyland park. There’s restaurants all around the hotel. The pool and jacuzzi was worth it after a long day at the amusement parks.

Las fotos están maravillosas pero desafortunadamente las camas súper incómodas, se sienten los resortes de las camas, las sábanas manchadas, con cabellos, las toallas manchadas también. Por algún momentos sentí que estaba hospedada en un motel seis u ocho.

This was our second or third time staying at this property. We love the location and are able to walk to Disneyland in about 10 minutes. Overall, the room was pretty good. It was clean and spacious. It could use some updating and a little extra love. We enjoyed our stay here and may be back in the future.
