Just a normal hotel and easy access to Disneyland

The staff was awesome. The room was horrible it smelled like powder and off cleaning products. My husband has asthma and we had to book a near by hotel to get away from the masked musty smell. The air quality is awful.

great place for families. the family suite was perfect for us as the kids had their own space. a little outdated and the parking was not great but overall convenient with kids and close to disney parks.

No staff to take care of them

Room was ok but lack certain toileteries and convenience. Hard mattress not very comfortable after long day in park. Dirty coffee maker. I didn’t care for the 4 pm check in time considering other nearby properties have 3pm. Not a horrible stay but I would not book again

Parking was the only negative… we didn’t have any parking available to us on the first night, we had to park in the next hotel over and the second night was the same thing! Not convenient at all! And the order from the vent smells like sewage and musty…..

Bed was actually comfortable. Staff was very nice. Parking sucked and they charge for parking. It’s hot in the hotel hallways and it seems pretty outdated but all we did was sleep there so it was ok

The building is extremely hot the is no ac in the hallways. It’s a really good price and can’t complain to much close to Disney and they are a good neighbor hotel. The one upside is the option to go to cvs or 7-11 really convenient

Room was clean and comfortable

The hotel was not very clean, it smelled musty and they clean the rooms every other day. The furniture is extremely outdated. There is no breakfast included, make sure you plan on eating out for breakfast.

We have stayed here many times. It's never been the best but the location and pricing made it a good choice for us. This time they have now decided to charge for parking(not mentioned in booking), an elevator was broken the whole time, someone tried to break into a guest car, our AC was not cold(happened 1 other trip too), and cleaning was subpar.

I appreciated the easy check in and check out. The room was clean and worked well for family. The kids loved the bunk beds but the pull out couch could use a better mattress. The main bed was very comfortable. The AC worked well and water pressure in the shower was good. We did not use the pool but saw others enjoying it. Proximity is great to Disney, restaurants and CVS and Walgreens. Easy walking distance. Parking was easy.

Great place for family!!

They had a balcony with plastic chairs. Room smelled old and mildewy. Elevator near room was out of order. No parking for check-in so many cars would block access to parking garage. Staff was friendly and helpful that was the only positive. Room A/C did not get as cold as one would like, thankfully balcony window allowed for cold night air to come however on a hot summer night room would not be comfortable. TV very small, with basic cable channels. No microwave in room, only on first floor. $35 parking in garage shared with another hotel. Overall not a good experience, would not stay there again.

Was an absolute blast

We were charged a daily 'resort' fee but nothing felt much like a resort. Your room isn't even cleaned daily. The bathroom door squeaked so loudly. It is close to the parks and the beds were comfy but I imagine thousands of people stay here per year, take a little $$ and upgrade the rooms.

This had been one of the better hotels Ive been in. The family suite was nice. It was able to fit 6 of us comfortably. Walking distance from disney, restaurants, i would 100% stay here again The bed for the sofa bed wasnt very comfortable but in couch form? Very comfortable
