Smelled like cigarettes and rooms were not clean. Have to leave and book a hotel elsewhere.

Empty pool & comfy bed & shower Used my nickname when booking and since it didnt match my ID legal 1st name, they didnt trust me in the beginning until I said will cancel and get back credit on my card plenty other hotels around. But then after an hour they ket ne into my reserved room. That wasn't necessary

It was close to disneyland not at all a bad walk. It was a bed hot shower and ac worked very well. Room wasn't very clean at all. Walls were dirty and there are a lot of problems with these rooms. They need patch work. Paint ect. Parking wasn't the greatest but it is free.

It’s always clean. Only one time we struggled with the ac the level button was missing I couldn’t see if I was moving to the right spot for the cool air. But once they helped me it worked great!

Location was a few minutes away from Disneyland. Office staff don't have good customer service and the facilities are very outdated.

The staff was really nice. It was out dated, not very clean, trash outside between the 2 hotels, swimming pool could use a good cleaning, parking was a tight squeeze.

Bad

The area where it is located was amazing. The walk to stores and Disneyland was quick and easy. The parking lot is very small.

This was my 4th time staying at the Rivera. The price is the best of any near Disneyland. The staff is friendly. The lady at the front office is very friendly, always smiling and always waved hello. 1 free parking spot really helps keep the cost down. After I checked out Tuesday morning, she held onto my bags and let me keep my motorcycle parked in the lot so I could spend the morning/afternoon in the park. The air conditioner felt great on this hot 4th of July weekend. I will definitely be staying here again.

Only reason I've given room a 2 is because of location and price for being near the parks. When we arrived the lady questioned how many children we had and said we would need to pay per child. When 1, I had already paid and 2 no where does it state children will be charged. It actually states all ages welcomed. Luckily she let it slide. The distance from Disneyland was easily a 15 minute walk. That was the only plus. The room was very outdated. Rooms were clamy and not welcoming. Beds were uncomfortable, pillows hard as rock. Microwave was broken and found a dead bug in the fridge. The parking lot was very small and crowded. Not meant for a big family vehicle for 6. There was also alot of suspicious activity outside in the parking lot. Cars pulling in and out, no children in sight. Felt unsafe. People smoking on the stairs. Outside the rooms were dirty, broken appliances left out. When our room got cleaned, they left the trash and dirty towels outside our room. The ac unit had a moldy smell to it. Appreciated the location and walk however everything else was very disappointing. If i hadn't prepaid I wouldve definitely left but did not want to deal with a refund mishap during our vacation so we stuck it out. Definitely will not be staying again and do not recommend especially for families.

Convenient location and fairly inexpensive. The door to our particular room was a bit hard to open but definitely not a deal breaker.
