Pros: The office was clean and staff were polite. There was a language barrier, which made fixing errors tough, but they did swap us to our paid-for King room after initially giving us two Queens. It offers easy access to the Disney tram, though a good portion is uphill. Cons: The property is incredibly grungy. The parking lot was littered, the elevator stunk and was filthy, and the room smelled musty. Our door had a gap at the bottom letting daylight in. Inside, the TV screen was completely broken/blacked out, and the old mattress had permanent body indents. Plumbing was terrible—the sink took minutes to drain, the toilet almost overflowed with every flush, and the shower water pressure was nonexistent (worse than a camp trailer; I couldn't wash my long hair). On our last night, ants swarmed the bathroom, and the front desk couldn't understand our complaints due to the language barrier. "Breakfast" was pathetic—just a few muffins and cereal with tiny 4oz juices/milks that were never restocked.I worked in the service industry and hate saying this, but I’d give it 0 stars if able. We left feeling like we needed a shower just from being inside. I'd avoid this gross property.

Not great place just good in reference to proximity of the disneyland parks. Breakfast served mentioned is a joke. All the towels, bedsheets, pillows, alongwith the property itself etc. require heavy update.

The it was closed for what we went The carpet in the room was very dirty

Friendly staff, close to Disneyland if you wanted to walk about 20 minutes there and save on parking. Spacious rooms and nice little snack bar for breakfast before you leave for the day. Rooms are a little outdated so things felt old but it’s worth it for the price you pay especially if you’re only sleeping there. Carpet throughout the rooms felt kinda gross and dirty. Bathroom tiles had cracks in the floor so I was scared of cutting my foot on them.

It isn’t too far to Disneyland and California Adventure. Don’t stay in room 207….the table is broken and held up with several napkins, the tv and the phone didn’t work. Room 208 was much better.

I like the closeness to Disney. I didn’t like the super thin door, wall and window. I kept thinking the window as open that’s how thin they were.

Had a great stay!!!Highly recommend. Staff is nice and walking distance to Disneyland. Had everything I needed. I would stay again.

The rooms are what you paid for at a low staying fee when compared to near by hotels. Despite the outdated room and furniture, the room and property was clean. I guess if I had to say what I like, I say the low cost of the stay in comparison to other near by hotels. The rooms were a bit to outdated. The beds were not comfortable as the mattress definitely could use an update as well as the sheets. The Tv had almost no service. Like I said it was an inexpensive stay. I can't really complain, considering one gets what we pay for.

The room was filthy dirty the entire property is filthy, by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. And I travel a lot I asked for a refund and was told no.

Free parking, free continental, no incidentally hold, microwave , fridge and coffee maker in the room. Budget friendly. Long walk when tired but convenient distance. Tried to call office and no answer, went to ask a question in the morning but nobody came fast enough so I left. When they were around they were nice.

Close to Disneyland and the room was clean. There was a fridge in the room and a coffee maker. The building is older and there were some areas like the stairway that needed to be cleaned and painted. There was some peeling paint inside the room as well. The overall feel of the hotel was a bit shoddy. The shuttle mentioned in the hotel info was actually the city shuttle, not one that the hotel provides, which seemed like a bait and switch.
