The Lakefront Anchorage

Property is beautiful. Food delicious. Most of the staff were fantastic however a few were extremely nasty. Reason for the 3 stars. Overall great place

Overall our stay is good! Rooms are clean and good. We stayed 2 nights at the hotel, they did not change towels/napkins for second day and they did not setup the bed for second night Also we had problem with AC and it was very hot whole night and not able to sleep. Also hotel is having problem and our rooms are very far from lobby and it literally took 15 mins to walk to room and it is really big bummer after coming back from a long day... they have to add extra elevator or separate entrance...

Loved seeing all the float planes taking off!

Breakfast was ok. But the dinner was subpar. The hotel is okish. The staff had to be reminded twice about cleaning the room, wanted a few plates for left over pizza for family and staff did not provide, at checkout wanted a printed bill but the staff could not print.

I needed to do laundry while I was there and both washing machine were out of order

Very tired property. Tried to make some modernization but merely a bandaid, unfortunately

No complaints about my 8 day stay.

Prime rib was good and shower/toilet s were the better parts of this stay

Location is great. Facilities could use a refresh. Window air conditioner made more noise than cool air.

We love the lakefront. Right on the lake watching the seaplanes take off and land and the restaurant is spectacular the service is great and the food is good everything about it is enjoyable.

Overall the place was okay. I had a long layover in Anchorage so I decided to stay here. The room was fine. My only complaint was that there was a slight musty smell that came from the bathroom. Overall, my stay was good.

Lovely location, close to sea planes & airport & walking path. Appreciate the shuttle to airport too. Do not recommend restaurant/bar for dinner. Waitstaff slow, out of many items. Hot breakfast buffet was nice tho.

Old dirty

Convenient accommodation close to airport and operating a 24 hour free shuttle service. Lakeview and in house restaurant. Alaskan outdoor vibe. Layback friendly staff. Property well used and needs update.

I was charged incorrectly for the first night at the hotel, when I went to ask about it, the woman removed the charge- it took days for the reversal to show up in my bank account. I went to the front desk each of the days I was there to see if I could get some evidence of the reversal of the charge. Each person was unable to support this request.

The property was nice and clean. The staff in the restaurant was not very friendly. I could tell they were under staffed, but there was only one older gentleman that worked the breakfast in the breakfast buffet that was so nice and friendly! He was so kind and the only friendly staff member that worked in the restaurant

This property was completely average. Shuttle great gym was nice, no pool or jacuzzi, food was good. Staff was nice. No microwave in room. Hotel is screaming for an update. New paint new rugs new fixtures . And for the live of all holy the microwave on third floor vending room needs to be replace and that room was like 100F.
