The recessed light in the ceiling fell out of the ceiling and was just dangling.

Close to the airport Carpet in rooms feels gummy. I didn’t like walking on it barefoot.

I booked this hotel after reading reviews on Expedia and while the hotel looked older, the reviews didn't seem ~that~ bad (which is why I am leaving this, so others will know). Alaska is very expensive for hotels and I picked this one because it was on the lower end, but I still ended up paying almost $1,000 for three nights. I travel for work, so I see a lot of hotels. The property needs a lot of work--there were visible broken windows, ripped carpeting, the floors in the rooms were sticky (both the tile and carpet), the room smelled like cigarette smoke, there was old food left in the microwave, the hot water didn't work in one of of the sinks, and it's just generally run-down. The staff was mostly nice--when we checked in, the desk clerk wasn't overly friendly, but everyone else we encountered was.

Refrigerator didn’t work and spoiled our food. Sink didn’t drain. Very rundown property. Couldn’t believe the price we paid for those accommodations. They did have nice staff and were helpful in keeping our fish frozen in their freezer.

The breakfast was ok. The receptionist wasn’t very friendly and not welcoming until they changed shift and she was nicer. I waited a while to get my room after I received a confirmation that my request for early check in was approved ☹️

Bathroom was dirty when we arrive.

The hotel was nice and staff was kind and helpful. The airport shuttle was awesome.

Free shuttle from the airport. Decent location. Helpful staff. However, very smelly, dirty carpet throughout. Smelt like wet dogs. Old old carpets. Bed sheets barely acceptable. Shower curtain had a hole in it. Overall dirty run down furniture. Needs renovation.

The air conditioning unit in the neighboring room was extremely loud. The noise continued throughout the night, making it impossible for me to get any sleep.

AC worked but you had to plug it in first. I’m not fussy either, I’ve stayed in many much cheaper hotels that were nicer. It’s a NO for me. Oh, had to call shuttle 3 times to be picked up at airport. They’re 5 minutes away and it took 35 minutes.

We only stayed a day but it was very nice. Reasonably priced and pretty quiet for being near the airport. Breakfast buffet could’ve used a little more variety but other than that, everything was nice.

Welcoming helpful staff. Even had fudge and cookies at checkin. Nice breakfast.

The entire hotel needs a huge refresh. The curtains were very worn and tattered. The carpet in the room was not clean in fact I put on a new clean pair of white socks and while I was getting ready when I put on my shoes they were black on the bottom. When we arrived the room was 84 degrees. We turned on the air full blast and when we came home it was finally down to 76. The entire experience was no good especially for the price.
