Other 2 rooms were disgusting. Bug bits and brown stains/residue on the sheets. What looks like roach or bug droppings along the window sill. Definitely not a place you want to lay down. We just left and checked in down the street at Lakefront.

It was so disgusting that I slept in my sleeping bag. The Uber driver that picked me up said the hotel rents to drug addicts in the winter and kicks them out in the summer so that the hotel has rooms for unsuspecting tourists in the summer. That completely checks. It's the grossest hotel i have ever had the displeasure of staying in.

The room was in poor condition and smelled like a smoking room. We had requested a rollaway bed, and it turned out that there was a pull-out in the room, which would have been fine, except that there was no mattress. They managed to find a mattress, but (perhaps predictably) it was stained and disgusting. Then we woke up to a knock on the door at 2am with the security guy accusing us of stealing a coffee pot from the lobby, which we had most definitely not done (not sure what we were gonna do with a coffee pot at 2am). Turned out it was some other guy who had checked in just before us. We couldn't wait to get out of there in the morning.

Please do not stay in this area I went inside and the floor was coated in dust I stepped and it looked like Bigfoot had entered the room there was also a huge dent next to the shower I think Bigfoot was actually there Sincerely Divya Hariharan

This place shouldn’t be in use. Such a dirty place, really old furnitures, nobody cleans there, hair, dust, dirt everywhere, they only change the sheets and that’s all. The day we went there it smelled in the room like a urine, horrible smell, we almost threw up, we asked to change the room. So many homeless people on the parking walking, yelling, not a safety place. The only good thing was a decent breakfast.

Do not ever stay here. It’s a terrible place to be even for a second let alone an entire night. The place hasn’t seem to have been upgraded for at least 20 years. There are homeless people roaming in and around property. The furniture and beds are extremely outdated and felt unsafe. The carpets were stained ripped and filthy, and the entire property looked dirty and poorly maintained. There are no elevators because the building is so old making it difficult to access the rooms we even witnessed an elderly man fall on the stairs, which raised serious concerns about guest safety. Overall, this property was a huge disappointment and fell far below our expectations.

Don't stay here.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY. Unless you have low standards. Check-in took forever. We had to switch rooms TWICE because the non-smoking room reeked of smoke, or the room was unclean. We literally saw black pubic hair on the sheets! It was late, and we were only there for 12 hours, so we stuck it out. We just slept in our clothes on top of the comforter. It being Alaska, it was cold, and I wanted to get under the covers, but I was afraid of what I would be covering myself with. The pictures of the property are FAKE. When I asked the desk clerk where breakfast was being served, she pointed around the lobby. It was NOT like the pictures with tables and chairs (plural). It was one table...one chair. When I mentioned to her that the website showed a large room with multiple seating areas, she said, "You're not the first person to make that comment." Do yourself a favor. DO NOT book a night at this place unless you want to piss off your spouse! lol.

Basic room, but very noisy. Staff seemed inconvenienced by our stay

This property is absolutely disgusting. My family booked 3 rooms and they were all filthy, unkept, and smelled terrible. My room had blood stains on the walls and lamp shade. Both beds stained blankets and two pillows smelled like urine. The patio screen, pull out bed, and two doors were broken. None of us got much sleep because we were concerned with the cleanliness and the beds, the smell, and possible bed bugs. Silver lining - no bed bugs!

Pictures on website do not really show how the hotel looks. Very run down. Breakfast was not as shown in picture. No tables and sitting area for breakfast. It was by office Che k in windows and very small area. Outside the hotel was homeless people everywhere. Not really a safe area. Carpet dirty in hallways. Tub was very old. Tv didn’t have any channels you could watch.

Ease of getting to local places The “window” air conditioner did not work properly, it smelled like a nursing home

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!! Is more like an extended stay for homeless people!! The area around the hotel is horrible! Filled with homeless people! The hotel is dirty and old! We booked the “executive suite” and it was disgusting! The rooms were dirty! Broken things! The kitchen was horrible! The stove and the oven had not been cleaned probably never! The fridge was dirty and smelly! The beds were nasty! The sheets had burnt holes and spots! Spots on the mattresses! Nasty under the beds! The couch was dirty and had nasty spots! And the list goes on and on!! I wish I could load all the pictures I took but Expedia only lets you upload 8. This hotel is so shady that they have blocked Expedia’s phone number! So when Expedia tried to contact the hotel to get my refund back, their call would not go through! I couldn’t book another hotel the night we arrived because it was at 1:00am so unfortunately we had to stay! The next morning I called another hotel and thankfully they were able to get us a room and let us check in at 9:00am! I don’t understand why Expedia has this hotel still in their system! Everything you see in the pictures is not the actual hotel! You will be booking under false and misleading information!

The beds were stained, the floor was so dirty I didn't want to walk on it without shoes, the rooms were missing smoke detectors. There was a congregation of homeless persons that hung out in the parking lot. I would avoid not only this hotel, but this area of town altogether.
-
It was very quiet there but the furniture was old and the rooms could use some upgrading. Easy walk to restaurants across the street.
-
It could have clean blankets. Otherwise it was a good night stay. It was a solo trip. Booked 2 queen standard room and it had 2 separate rooms with full kitchen. Airport shuttle service is very good. Host are nice. They just need to maintain the property until the mark
-
Staff was nice The location was very bad with homeless people everywhere. Hotel is very dated and needs lots of work

I wish I could upload some photos I took of our room. Don’t stay at this place! Avoid at all reasons.
