Dirty room. Dirty bathroom. Staff was excellent and the breakfast was included in the price.

Sticky floors in the rooms. Spots on the walls. Stovetop that had not been cleaned. Leftover spills in fridge and freezer. Paper behind bed. Parking lot is in bad shape and has narrow entrance into property with a curb that I saw numerous cars hit just in the time that we were there. Sketchy neighborhood activity. Homeless people hanging out just on the fringes. Individuals who were clearly on drugs walking haphazardly through the parking lot at times. Affordable place, but you may want to consider paying more and being more comfortable with where you are staying.

Suite was roomy, and beds were comfortable. AC did work. Staff were friendly. Continental breakfast was typical, but nowhere to sit and eat. Furniture was rickety, fixtures loose, bathtub dirty, only two towels in a room that advertised up to 6 people, A few cockroaches seen.

For being a cold breakfast, the options were decent. There were bagels and English muffins to toast with juice, fruit, and yogurt. The staff were friendly and helpful, even allowing me to check-in early last minute. The airport shuttle and proximity to the airport were great. The room was large and had a full kitchen. The hotel didn't feel super safe from the outside, but was fine once I got in. The room had a full kitchen, but no dishes, not even silverware.

Shuttle driver was nice. I booked a 3 queen unit and got 2 doubles and a pull out couch without a mattress. Was far too tired to argue.

The breakfast had a wonderful selection and was tasty. The room had a cigarette but in the hallway on the floor in a non-smoking room. The beds had sheets with hair and oil on the sleeping area and spots on the pillow case. Both beds had been made but not with fresh linens. The door lock on the outside of room didn’t lock so using the keycard was not needed, just push the door open. The couch was covered in dog hair and the fridge still had someone else’s things in it. I had arrived home on the red eye and have stayed here before but it was not this bad a year ago, last year the room was clean but the hot water was out. This time I was put on the third floor with my 3 kids and no elevator or offer to help with bags. I wanted to buy the kids noodles since McDonald’s was closed but they were out of noodles so after one fight up and down the stairs from the 3rd floor to the vending machine I was too tired to go back down and report the hair and mess to the counter so we all slept on top of the blankets and got up really early to depart. I tried to discuss the issue with the hotel counter person but they said they couldn’t do anything and to write down my name and the manager would call me. I didn’t receive a call, however I was driving back to my village and don’t always have service. I did receive a $60 credit from the hotel, however the room was $213.00 and still overpriced for the lack of cleanliness and security. I won’t stay here again, there is a place next door.

The advertised breakfast was presented in the small entry area on two folding tables with only 3 chairs to sit down. With what looked like a full house, the choices were very limited in variety and amounts when it was our turn. We ended up walking across the driveway and eating at McDonalds. It truly was amazing to us that we had paid $218 for that. I will have to say, on a more positive note that the bed was comfortable (multiple layers of foam) and we did not see any bugs. Also, the staff was very friendly.

NOTHING!!! We did not stay. When arriving at the hotel the appearance and vibe in the lobby was enough to make us not even check in. We immediately found accommodations at another property and hired a taxi to bring us away from this hotel. Everything -the curb appeal immediately let me know this was not no where near a one star much less a four star as advertised on the booking.com website. The lobby the lack of air conditioning- no elevator's - to haul 6 suitcase up flights of stairs was not going to happen. I could send pictures that you wouldn’t believe.

Spacious room with a full kitchen. No elevator. Unhoused people living in cars on the property. Run down property.

Convenient Took a long time to check inn. Minimal breakfast

This hotel is very old and very rundown! Very dirty! Needs updated badly! Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. The receptionist was very unfriendly.

We did not stay in the room and will be requesting a refund. When we arrived and immediately discovered roaches in the room, we promptly cancelled our room and found other lodging. Expedia should not be booking reservations for this facility

The breakfast was good, the staff was good, the bed was comfortable but its hard to get passed how filthy and run down it was. I didn't see bugs so that's good I guess.
