Wyndham Garden Anchorage Airport

Not updated, but have stayed in worse. Area was quiet.

The room was not kept well. Furniture was ripped or had chipped paint, bathtub faucet leaked and there was the water was barely warm. Had to call the hotel 3 times to get the shuttle to pick us up. So did another couple who arrived at the same time. The only good thing I can say about this hotel is that the breakfast ok.

Room was dirty. Drawings on the headboard, dried pee stains on the toilet, one of the beds had black stuff on it, and broken conditioner bottle in the shower. They didnt have a room available when we arrived said they were cleaning the rooms at 2 in the morning.

Off the beaten path and quiet. Near good restaurants and breakfast restaurants. Employees helpful and friendly.

This is a convenient place to stay when flying out of Anchorage. The breakfast is good and rooms quiet.

We had a 11 hour layover so we needed a room last minute and this location was very accommodating! We were able to early check into a room with no issues and was provided complimentary shuttle to and from the Anchorage airport. Staff was very nice! Only complaint was the AC in the room wasn't working well. Great korean food next to the hotel as well!

Our air conditioning did not work. They did put us in another room. The area that the hotel was in was not a good area, we seen bullets on the ground and drug deals happening. Will not stay there again.

The property is pretty run down Relatively clean but the beds were not good. The bathroom needed maintenance Needs some attention.

Only that it was easy to book thru booking .com I booked the hotel at probably 5 or 6 PM through the app we ended app getting there extremely tired at about 11 PM figuring we could just check-in when I walked in there was about 20 people in the lobby all trying to get basically the room that I had already booked and they were being told to wait whatever whatever then I get to the counter tell them I just need to check-in because I've already done booked it and everything they tell me it's not ready sorry undetermined amount of time we sat there in the lobby with 20 other people Until 2 AM before we finally got into the room Also on top of it they tried to downgrade me to a one bed with a rolling cot and I told them no that is not going to work for us We just want what we paid for which is the 2 Queen beds so yes we had to wait till 2 AM and we can finally get in the room and it wasn't very clean but we were so tired we just went straight to bed online here it says breakfast is open until 10 AM we woke app at 9 AM to go down for breakfast and it closed at 9 AM so we did not even get our free continental breakfast the only reason we stayed there was to go into the swimming pool at 9 AM the pool was closed for cleaning In the morning when I go to check out I asked to speak to a manager the manager basically said oh sorry people were sick he didn't try to downgrade you he just hoped maybe you didn't care I'm like okay but I've never been offered that I've always been offered an upgrade when my room wasn't ready she had nothing really to say and I left there with nothing being fixed it just overall was a bad experience and I will never stay there again

Our first room the door wouldn’t latch, so they switched us to the second room and heater didn’t work , finally the third room was good , except no remote for the TV !

Staff scheduled shuttle incorrectly. Woke up to phone call saying I missed my shuttle on day off (no sleeping in). Staff knocked on my door at 10pm to look for a phone charger someone left. Bathroom wasn’t restocked. Shuttle on day I flew out was 40 minutes late.

Decent hotel and close to the airport. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The beds were pretty comfortable The Breakfast was pretty good But not likely to make a reservation there again
