Comfort Suites Anchorage International Airport

Rooms are pretty old and could use some TLC. Bed was uncomfortable, but that maybe our options.

The breakfast was pretty good. Parking was super convenient. People who work there were really nice. Convenient location.

After coming off a cruise ship with very close quarters, the hotel rooms felt extremely spacious!

Just ok. Serviceable for when you need to stay close to the airport. Bed was comfortable. Very expensive in summer season for the quality of hotel. Breakfast was just ok.

Staff was great but the hotel is not a $450 a night experience. It’s a bit of a gouge because of cruise season. The property is a bit dark and dinghy and needs some work.

The room had a musty smell and we booked the airport shuttle the day before and they couldn't locate the person to drive us, had to hire a cab to get us there late. Didn't have breakfast at the time we were there, so no comment on that. Also, located on train tracks so very loud

Staff were really helpful! From the shuttle driver to the front desk, to the house keeping staff. Everyone we encountered were super pleasant and ready to assist with our needs.

Close to the airport and shuttle service. Breakfast is included. The bathroom was broken and unable to close it. Older hotel, could use a major remodeling project.

Booked two rooms here and the front desk said I only had booked one. We had a long travel day, so once we got in the room after my shower- looked it up and lo and behold we had booked 2 rooms. They gave us the keys to other other room. Not a big deal, but annoying. The second issue was they hadn’t written us down on the shuttle schedule. The front desk person wrote it on one list, but didn’t transfer it to the other, so they weren’t expecting us. It all worked out fine in the end, but seemed quite disorganized.

The location was the only appealing aspect of this hotel. Every time I needed to use the shuttle to the airport, I felt like I was a burden to the staff. There didn’t seem to be a schedule for these shuttles except for getting to our red eye in the middle of the night. At one point I felt rushed to get to the shuttle or miss it even though I had been traveling all day. The staff at the front desk seemed overwhelmed and busy always. The rooms were comfortable but warm.

No restaurant or food available on arrival. Quite isolated so no other option to have a meal after a long flight
