Parking was great

The room was clean and quiet, staff was good, transportation from the airport was easy.

Breakfast pretty good. Room had squashed popcorn on floor in several spots - obviously poorly cleaned.

Quick one night stay after long travel day. Staff was very friendly and the shuttle driver was prompt for our airport pickup. Breakfast was very good and a wide variety of foods. Beds very comfortable.

Rude unhelpful staff , was reluctant to receive delayed luggage , start to complain on phone as soon as we reached room after late check in after arriving from airport . Wall are thin, no sound insulation . Rooms stink of old carpets and are musty . Old acs , super overpriced in summer , just because they can . Avoid

Clean, comfortable facility, not far from the airport. Price a bit high for what you're getting.

This was one of the best comfort inns we’ve stayed at anywhere.

The shuttle service to and from the airport was handy. No food options nearby if you don’t have a vehicle. Breakfast was average. Had issues every day with the room key requiring to be reset.

It is a budget accommodation. But staff was great, shuttle to airport was great. I went in with eyes wide open and all was good.

The first room smelled terrible, strong cigarette smoke, so we changed rooms. After that it was okay. For the price we paid, I definitely expected more, but then again seems that is just the price you pay to be in Alaska at the peak of the summer season. It was highly disappointing that the pool was closed because that was the big reason I booked this hotel for my kids. The breakfast had a lot of choices, however the coffee tasted awful. Not really drinkable, ended up pouring it out. I was also disappointed in the night staff member who helped us. He was quite rude when we asked to switch rooms and tried to tell me that the room was fine. He did not offer to go up and smell it or verify. The female staff member was much nicer and accommodating.

We just needed to do an overnight because the Barrow flight was too late to get us to Seattle but their airport shuttle both ways worked great for a comfortable night without a lot of stress. Remember to eat or plan to use uber though.

Old motel that needs renovation. Convenient to airport. Not within walking distance of restaurants.

Room was nice and staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good with different choices. Shuttle was constantly picking up and dropping people off.

The property was convent and the staff was helpful, but there was food in the couch cushions when we took them off to use the pull-out couch for our 5th person. Ice machine also did not work on our floor, but it did work on the first floor. Property is also old and needs updating.
