Quality Inn & Suites Anderson I-69

Our stay was ok. No major complaints. The lobby steps going to the 2nd floor were dirty with clumps of dirt for our entire 4 day stay. I noticed this every morning when I went to the lobby for breakfast. The ceilings are thin as we heard the person in the room above us trampling around the entire 4 day stay as well. It seemed like a decent safe area. Good for a cheaper budget hotel but I'll probably spend a little more next time.

Breakfast was decent---basic, but more than sufficient for my needs. My room was on the third (top) floor right across from the elevator, which was about as good as I can imagine getting. While fairly close to the highway,the hotel is set well back from everything, so any outside noise was minimal. Check-in time was an hour earlier than other hotels I stayed in this trip, and this was the first time I was arriving anywhere near that early. Signage to find the hotel was awful: even trying to follow my GPS's directions, I turned into the back entrance of the nearby Red Roof Inn instead by accident twice. And turning left from the access road back onto the main road is difficult if there is any traffic at all.

Came for DeerCreek weekend to see Dave Mathews. Easy access to the highway that took us to the show. Lots of food and shopping nearby. The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. Will try to stay here again next year!

Room was spacious and clean!! Got there late and left early . Was enroute to see our grandchildren! Breakfast was good!

The bed and bedding were so comfortable! Pillows just right. Clean bathroom and quiet halls.

The breakfast was good. The location was good. The fact that booking.com took my money for two rooms and only paid for one due to an issue on their end. A room was paid for twice and I have to prove it. Booking.com won't call the hotel to clarify the problem.

Good place to stay seemed to be well kept up. Pricing was great. Breakfast was good as well!

Staff was super friendly. There are some neglected areas of the hotel, but felt the cleanliness of our rooms were acceptable. There were bugs in the hall light fixtures, but nothing that couldn’t be cleaned up if they just look up. Housekeeping was a mixed bag. Wasn’t dirty, wasn’t spectacular either. Maybe better training? Better checklist for supervisors? The ADA room for my parents was great.

Everything was clean and nice. Breakfast was fine. The only problem I had was I couldn't get a receipt for tax purposes. Said I had to get one from booking.com and I have no idea how to do that. So inconvenient! They took my credit card and should have been able to give receipt. Location a little hard to find. Need better signage. Sorry, I already told what didn't like in previous box.
