Everything was great. In the ADA rooms I would suggest lower bed height for easier transfer from/to a wheelchair or just easier for the elderly.

I had a loved one in the hospital and it had been a long day.The young lady at the front desk when I checked in was very nice. She was warm and bubbly. N/A

Front desk was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Elevator was a big help. Tube was pretty slippery and hand rail was a little lose. But would definitely stay again

breakfast was great. Appreciated the hot breakfast , coffee, and water available to guests at no extra charge . The breakfast bar had plenty of options and was well stocked and maintained. Aprreciated having a mini fridge and microwave in the room wish we were able to fully close the heavier drapes in the hotel room

Food was very good. The only complaint would be the seat on our room's tpilet. It was not attached properly and might have been to small for the stool.
