Other than an old man complaining about bygone days, our stay was pleasant, and the staff was beyond courteous, friendly, and extremely helpful.

The staff was friendly at checkin. The room was clean and modern, everything worked. The breakfast was great selection and my kids were happy too. We slept/ate and had a great stay.

Stay was for 6 days. Great staff, wonderful breakfast, clean kitchen area. The bathroom tub faucet needs some repair.

Breakfast needed some options for gluten-free people… There was nothing there to eat except fresh fruit. There were no tissues to be had in the hotel, water pressure was extremely low in the shower, and I found ants crawling in the shower and on the desk.!!

There was almost no hot water.

Toilet clogged but didn’t want to call maintenance to wake my kids up in the middle of the night. Towels were not replaced during the day.

Staff were super helpful! Very kind and accommodating. We needed more towels, a roll a way bed, and linens. They brought everything and even took down the luggage cart for us. We were greeted and wished a good day. The pool was great and well stocked with pool towels. Everything was clean and the breakfast bar was nice.
