The overall condition of the room was very clean BUT the faux wood/linoleum floor looked well swept to the eye but was actually very dirty. My husbands socks were very dirty after walking on the floor

I called a day ahead and asked if we could check in early because we had to a wedding to be at an hour after the normal check in time, and we needed extra time to get ready. When I called, I was told sure no problem. When I arrive and said I called yesterday about early check in, the person at the desk said "oh, did they tell you there's a $40 early check-in fee?". No, no one told me about this fee. I did not like that at all. Then when I got my receipt at the end of my stay, there was also a $5 parking fee. The parking lot was nearly empty, and I was not told about this fee either. These fees should not be surprises, and really leaves a bad taste in my mouth after a trip like this. Will definitely remember this the next time I'm considering what hotel to stay in.

I love that the rooms do not have carpeting but rather tiles. Your room can be accessed using the Hilton Honors app so no more fear of losing the keycard. My main issue is that there are no microwaves in the room, so you have to go down to the lobby to reheat your food. Minor issue is that the refrigerator is quite small so you can’t put much in it. Overall, this was a great stay.

The parking lot was empty like all other parking lot. It was not in a big city. Then when we left this morning, there was a 5 dollar parking fee in Anderson IN???? That is the most obscure thing I have ever dealt with. I have stayed a lot of places Obviously I missed the fine print. I will definitely let others know.

The only thing I did not like, I was told when I checked in that there was a parking fee. I booked on the Hilton Honors app, they could have told me ahead of time. No one parking the car, just me putting it in a spot was $5 a day.

The room was fine. I was disappointed that there wasn’t a microwave in the room. .

Our room's electric blinds didn't work and when we called for help, they didn't offer to fix them. So we got woken up bright and early by the sun when we wanted to sleep in.

The room was clean. I had asked for an hour later check out due to us getting in at 4 AM but they acted like it was a huge problem and said no due to short on housekeepers. It was an hour! Shower looked dirty but was extremely slick. Be careful! Bed was amazing!!
