I have stayed here twice in that past six months. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff are helpful. The breakfast options are OK. This is a good place to stay for a night or two.

My stay was great! Had the private in-room hot tub and that was a great plus! This hotel is close to a couple of restaurants and that was the best because we could walk over there instead of drive and the weather was not bad either for this. Will stay again.

Whatever cleaning products they use here, they are very strong. We booked and paid for a two night stay and ended up leaving after the first night because of the strong smell in our room. I would have complained but the front desk person got an attitude with me when I complained about the door to the room not locking. Otherwise, it’s fine if you don’t have sensitivities to smells.

We entered our non smoking room to a room that smelled like stale cigarettes. There was a layer of dust on the smoke detector, and some kind of stain on the curtains. In the shower, the dispensers had pink mold on the tops. The AC unit was so noisy when it kicked on that it woke us up from a dead sleep. They came up after check in on day 1 and sprayed febreeze for the smell which did absolutely nothing. The guy offered a 50% discount, which we accepted. The next morning, they wanted us to change rooms, but it was inconvenient since we had early plans so we stayed. The lady then told me she would offer a 15% discount. I told her what the guy offered the night before and she said ok. When I checked out, they only gave me a $70 refund, which has yet to post to my account. They were nice but the property needs some serious cleaning.

In room coffee service was only available upon request, but information was not provided by check-in clerk or in room signage. Room was extremely clean. Energy saving light switches time out too quickly, they should be motion activated. Area around hotel was sketchy with homeless(?) people and drug users (tweaker) hanging out directly across street from hotel. Tweaker was urinating in public as I packed my vehicle for departure. I'd say the immediate vicinity of the hotel was undesirable and potentially unsafe for guests.

Rooms are very clean. Rest of the property was outdated.

There are several rat traps lining the hotel property. The pool was slimy and dirty. There was a long black hair on the toilet lid when we arrived. The hotel smells like cigarettes in many places and there are fragrance dispensers located in the elevator to mask the dirty, cigarette smell. The breakfast and coffee were subpar quality and we chose to eat elsewhere. The emergency plan was not posted in the room and you can see where it was torn down. There are shady activities happening in the parking lot. Not a safe place to stay. I do not recommend this hotel at all!!!!

Room was clean, cleaning staff was helpful,.breakfast had a nice variety, did care the the juice dispenser the orange juice and apple juice tasted nasty

Front desk staff were professional and very courteous. The AC was on when I entered the room which was welcome relief from the heat. Room was clean and nicely laid out. Pleasant place to stay.

Both locks on my room door were broken. Room smelled of stale smoke. Would not stay here again.

The property is OK for the price though the breakfast can be better; it felt stale esp the breads. Behavior of the staff is not good. I had to cut short my visit by one day and even though the terms and conditions of expedia clearly stated that to cancel the next night, we must inform by previous midnight and I did inform at 5 pm on 06/12 that I needed to cancel the 06/13 night, they did not refund me. The hotel told me that Expedia will manage this as it is a 3rd party booking. I called Expedia ad Expedia called them and they refused and then Expedia hid behind a vague condition that they have to follow what the property says even though their own terms clearly say one needs to cancel 1 day in advance which I was doing. Such contradiction and they refused to give the customer the benefit of this rules conflict. As a result I have canceled my Expedia account and will not be staying at this property again either. There are better travel sites and better hotels. We as customers deserve to be treated better. I was not asking them for any favor!

The hallway smelled like an ashtray even though rooms are non smoking. We had a jacuzzi room and everything was damp. Woke up to shoes and carpet damp. Whenever the room steamed up from the tub or shower the smoke detector beeped. The mattress pad slipped off in the morning and we were horrified at how disgusting the mattress was. Would never stay there again.

Thank you for having actual light in the bathrooms. I hate that most hotels have went with those horrible light/mirror combos. They are a nightmare for any woman putting on makeup. I was so pleased that I didn't have to put my make up on by the window at this location. THANK YOU!

Front desk was really helpful, the breakfast included, scrambled eggs and boiled eggs, cereal, fruit, yogurt, and others.

Bed was very uncomfortable. Everything else was fine
