Smelled like smoke in room, remote buttons sticky, WiFi password incorrect and couldn’t get connected, toilet flush lever was broken had to push back up every time. Would say ok for price but wish I would have spent 100 more for a nicer hotel would have been worth it.

Very unclean, broken down room. Loud hotel with doors slamming, cars coming and going outside the windows, and noisy people all night long. Barely slept. Mirror was broken and taped together. Fridge didn't work. Room was in disarray upon arrival. People at desk were nice enough. Breakfast was less than minimal.

Nothing Everything it’s disgusting and unprofessional

Could have been better cleaned

Nothing at all. Well I guess you pay for what you get. The room was dirty !!! The toilet would not stop running. And when we first got there a lady and her dog was having a big fight. So load at 11 at night.

We thought it was a typical Wyndham Inn. It is not. They are very struck about the check-in time — we were an hr prior to check in after several hrs on the road and they would not let us check in not even a hour early. Even if the website states early check in is ok the physical place does not. The gentlemen at the front desk Friday were extremely rude and unhelpful. When the place looks rough and linens don’t look washed —one would think they would make kindness top priority to make up for it — nope that is not in the policy for that guy.

Hotel price was okay. Stayed here one night. There was green mold around the bathtub faucet. Room had an old and strange smell. Tried to stay here again for another night from coming back from vacation. I was told to pay at the property when I arrived, but when I got to the hotel after a 7 hour drive they tried to take the money off of my card without prior notice or authorization hours ahead of time. So my reservation got cancelled.

We were there for a concert at Ruoff, the drive is a little longer than we would have liked but it was easy to do and there were tons of food options when we got back to the area for late night dining. We would consider staying again if we ever need to, as long as the price is right.

Close to casino and places to eat. Was affordable

The guy at the counter barely spoke to me, the lobby was dirty, the room was disgusting, there were a few bugs flying around in the bathroom, the bed was uncomfortable, and the “breakfast” was non existent! I’m actually not one to complain about these kinds of things but this is without question lucky if it’s a 1 star motel!

Clean and Quiet Friendly..

Room was not the cleanest. No carpet in the rooms and it looks like the floor hasn’t been mopped in a week! My feet were black with dirt just staying one night. Even after taking a shower your feet get really dirty! Looks as if they are trying to remodel but to me cleanliness is the most important! If you need a cheap stay well this is it! You get what you pay for! The floors being dirty is just inexcusable. Tils was chipped and broken in the bathroom doorway felt like I could of cut my feet if you were not paying attention. Shower looks like it was dirty and slathered with caulk everywhere to hide cracks and broken tiles. This place just needs some help!

Nothing The rooms were very old, worn out furniture, just gross. Didn't even end up staying

The location was good, a lot of restaurants to choose from. The room was half clean. The bathroom was absolutely gross, I wouldn’t even take a shower. The “air” unit didn’t not really work, looked ancient, and made a horrible noise the entire time. The remote for the tv was not available in the room, when I asked when checking out, as early as I could, I was told that we had to come down to the front desk and ask for one.

They had an available room. The bed spread had oil on it and the shower wouldn't drain.

The front desk person was polite and helpful. The issue is the hotel itself. It's just old and dirty. You are guaranteed to have bugs of various kinds. The place is just old and dirty and note maintained very well. Our tub was pretty disgusting, the room is well worn with old sheets, blankets etc. I can overlook that if the place was clean, but no luck. We couldn't find another place to stay for one night on short notice so we did. Also very sketchy people hanging around the side entrance. I would not want to enter there at night as a woman alone. I live in New York, that was too much for me. We left and made a new reservation nearby.

There wasn’t anything to like. The staff was extremely rude to my wife. The rooms were not clean. I will never stay here again. Would love to talk to someone about this stay.
