Location The window was wide open letting bugs in with the AC running full blast when we got to our room. Overall the room seemed clean. The sheets had holes in them. The towels were thin and dingy. We only stayed 1 night. In the morning we thought we saw some bugs on the floor. We are not positive what they were, but they kinda looked like roaches. We hustled to pack and get out. Had we not seen any bugs, I'd have given you 4 out of 5 stars. The value, location, and comfort was all great.

Location and staff was good. Very dated! Halls smelled like weed the whole 2 nights we stayed there.

The room and bathroom were clean. The room was quiet for sleeping. The stairs to second floor had mud ground into carpet. If can't be cleaned, it should be replaced. Also would have liked at least the option to make a cup of coffee in the room in morning, since there was no breakfast.

Too many dogs and many not on leashes. Property not in the best repair. Gave sketchy vibes.

Love the staff here they are great

Easy on/off highway Hallways were dirty. Room smelled musty and AC did not really cool the room even on all night. TV came on twice in the middle of the night

Sadly nothing this time. I have stayed here several times in the past and always had a good experience. Not so much this last time. I was there for a week, could not get clean towels.Room was not cleaned while I was there. Just not as clear as I was used to it being in the past. They allowed the homeless to park their bikes and carts at side doors, so that you could not get in or out of the building. No coffee in the entire building which the advertise coffee bar and light breakfast.

Clean rooms & friendly staff.

No water pressure for shower at 5 am

The whole hotel smells like dog poo. I wouldget a steam cleaner to clean the carpets in the hallways and that would make it much nicer. The rooms are not bad, cold AC and good shower, but the smell in the hallways is pretty bad.

Hot water for the GF’s hot coco was lava. I absolutely loved the fact the pool was used to hold building trash and debris. The staff did not have issues uniforms so they blend in perfectly to avoid answering questions and complaints. Hotel room was NOT handicap compliant or accessible. Pubic hairs on the sheets and a smashed bed bug on the side of the mattress.
-
Easy access, outside looked excellent, didn’t notice any bugs. No elevator, headboard on bed covered in grease/oil, had coffee but no cups.

It was convenient to near by restaurant/ shopping When in room, it didnt look like sheet had been changed it had a hole in it along with finger nail polish.. plus on a Saturday the old lady at front desk was rude and smelt of weed...beside the bed being super uncomfortable.

Wish coffee was ready in lobby by 7 am No coffee pot in room

Smelled like cigarettes in the halls and the room smelled like cheap perfume. The surfaces in the room were clean, but the curtain rod was so covered in cigarettes tar that I had to wash my hands before leaving. We did not stay it was disgusting.
