Location was convenient and appreciated there was pet allowance The room smell was terrible, it was musty and smelled like cat urine. We were told it would be addressed on second day, it was not fully addressed and for $200/night it was not worth that price.

Very impressed with this hotel. Staff was always very friendly, hotel was so clean and well maintained (maybe recently renovated), and breakfast was delicious. Also a quiet environment for good quality sleep. Would definitely stay again.

The room was clean from top to bottom. The room was well organized. A place for everything and everything in its place. The breakfast items were hot and well cooked. The scrambled eggs tasted remarkably good and the bacon was crispy, but not burnt. The staff members were very cordial and extremely helpful. My one night stay at Best Western Plus in Anderson, Indiana was an A+ visit, all the way around.
