Upgrade all the stuff if the you can the all building

Very outdated and not very clean. Especially for the price of the one night stay. It had a very musty smell.

Room clean, staff friendly, breakfast good and hot tub was nice.

Convenient price and good location

We stay every year and enjoy our stay.

We booked a king suite ahead of time for two nights. When we got there to check in, they said they had our room ready and handed us our key card, which had room number 129 scratched out and 326 in its place in a different color pen. When we got to our room, it was two doubles. I called the desk and asked and they said they were completely booked the whole weekend so they could not switch us either night to the room we booked and paid for in advance. They clearly had us in a room and switched it once they started filling up since we checked in later in the evening after the event we attended since we called and they would not allow us to check in prior to 3:00. Disappointed in the lack of customer service to remedy the issue. Room was also not anything to rave about. A/C was super loud, there was rust around the metal bathroom door frame. Beds were ok.

nice hotel very kept up and amazing staff

The room overall was fine, my biggest complaint, was the AC unit seemed outdated or is malfunctioning, it did not cool down much in my room, the curtains on the window did not close all the way, so we had to see the bright parking lot lights shining in our window, keeping the room lit enough to where it was hard to sleep. Bed was comfortable, shower and toulet was clean.

Could use some updating. Warm breakfast was nice.

Staff and main facility very good. Carpet in room was loose and buckled in the middle. GFCI plug in in bathroom area didn't work.

Super awesome staff... the light went put but all the the staff was calm and reassuring every that they are working on getting the power back. Love the pool and hot tub

Hit tub needs a little upkeep, but water was hit and pool water temp was just right. Breakfast was decent

Maintenance was a disappointment. The facility is obviously old, however it could be better maintained. The carpeting was crinkled up and needs replacement or at least re-stretching. The plumbing fixtures in the tub are rusted and should be replaced. This is a pretty easy fix. The lighting is awful. There are lots of fixtures, but no place where you have ample light to read or put on makeup. The breakfast was great as was the parking. The rates are reasonable.

Nice hotel. A bit older but seems to be well maintained as much as possible. Room was clean and nice. I’d stay again.

Start strong with the staff. I was traveling with my elderly mother and aunt. They brought me shower chair because the handicap/wheelchair room was not available even though I requested in reservation. The hotel smell musky, the lobby corners were dirty, the room had 2 full trash cans, previous guest food in mini fridge, there was lil papers, can tabs all around the beds, there was trash left on ledge of bathtub, and lip prints on the window. I believe the beds were the only thing clean in the room. The room had a musky, Smokey smell. However like I mentioned above I was traveling with my elderly family member. One with severe dementia and could not change hotels.
