This hotel was very clean. Reception was also outstandingly nice. The broom was big, and the bed was very comfortable.

This is a great location close to lotta restaurants and the hotel is quiet and peaceful. I really enjoyed my stay and the staff was excellent. My only issue is that the Wi-Fi in the room did not work and the fitness center was full of chairs from conference room used as storage. I had a very nice breakfast and the restaurant attendant was lovely.

Facilities were fine and room was nice. The only negative thing was that a group staying at the hotel liked to set up chairs and hang out under the portico at the front door. They were there until about 11pm and we could hear them from our room on the FOURTH floor even with the windows closed and the AC running under the window.

The decor of the room was predominantly gray, with black and white pictures of bare trees in a stormy sky... Very artistic, but not much for peace and inspiration. The bathroom door sticks and won't completely close and the air conditioner fan was loud, and awakened me every time it kicked on. We had no washcloths upon arrival, but a call to the desk resulted in prompt delivery.

The staff were friendly The bathroom was small, the shower knob was almost impossible to turn off once turned on, there was no cover on the dirty vent fan, electrical wires were exposed in bedroom area, room had musty smell.

Stained comforters and what appeared to be boogers were on the wall. Linens were so thin you could see the mattress protector through them . We went and purchased our own sheets and blankets to cover up with . We also purchased Clorox wipes and Lysol spray to sanitize room .

We stayed at Country Inn & Suites in Anderson from June 23–26, 2026, while our family was welcoming our grandson into the world. Unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. The room was not clean or well maintained. The floors were stained, dirty, and looked like they hadn’t been properly cleaned in quite some time. When we turned on the air conditioner in an already hot room, it produced an unpleasant odor that clung to our clothing. The bathroom had several maintenance issues. The shower head was visibly dirty inside, the bathtub drained very slowly, there were cracks in the shower walls, and the shower curtain rod was installed at an angle so the curtain constantly slid open while showering. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers were either empty or broken and would not stay attached to the wall. The indoor pool area had such a strong chlorine odor that we decided not to use it at all. Breakfast was another disappointment. The area appeared unsanitary and poorly maintained. The waffle station was sticky and messy, the cereal was stale, the coffee was burnt, the milk did not appear to be fresh, and the fruit was soft, bruised, and browning. It certainly did not reflect the quality we expected. To make matters worse, there were several occasions when no one was at the front desk. Guests were greeted by a sign instructing them to call the hotel to ask for assistance. Only 8 photos allowed

Location was good for concert. The bed was comfortable. They charged me for stay on top of bookings charge and had to work with staff multiple times to fix and still unsure if it is fixed.

The staff is very helpful there were people outside 9:00 at night drinking and partying and have music blasting. I went to the front desk and the gentleman went out and told them to quiet down and they left and went to their rooms. It was very helpful to me and my girl because we didn't want to go out there and say something.

The location is good. You’re by restaurants and fast foods. Everything needs to be updated. I based my decision on reviews and not sure why it’s rated so high. My daughter (11) and I arrived a little after 10pm and she was ready for bed. I got the suite because it was only a few more dollars. But everything was so stain it felt dirty. Please see pic. The elevator is too slow. Also, I called down to the front desk and let them know there wasn’t a guide for the TV, I was told to come down. It was only to take a picture of the guide ?. The pullout couch mattress is super old and thin. It needs to be thrown away. The bed was ok. The cover (top) had markings and stains all over it. We took it off and put it on the floor. The tub had/has mildew stains on the tub. It just bothered me bad that I paid $134 for nothing. Please see pics. You’re only allowed 4 uploads.
