Woodspring Suites Anderson North I-85

Room smelled like someone was smoking a cigarette blowing the smoke in my nose… could only stay one night for a few hours…… didn’t honestly feel like trying get a refund and things

Young lady who checked us in was the only bright spot. First room smelled horrible, and she moved us to another. Then there was the issue that the toilet paper roll in our room had evidence that it had been used to clean a needle. We stayed for two nights only because I could not get my money back. On the second morning I went down stairs to get fresh towels because none had been provided, (no service after first night) and found the front desk with a metal closure down to the top of the desk. I mean really....$ 340 a night on parents weekend at the University and you can't afford to staff the front desk. Also there was evidence of other possible illicit activity there. There was one lady who was clearly not a customer in and out around the front area of the building with no shoes. (either day). Both days she had on the same clothing and she had what appeared to be conversation amongst friends with employees. I expected to pay more because of parents weekend, but there seems to be a lot of sketchiness at this place. I would never stay at a Wood Spring again.

I wish that the rooms had irons in them as well as ice trays in the freezer. I understand that it is an extended stay hotel but those are the two things that I really needed but ended up buying a large bag of ice and just making do with not ironing the clothes. Other than that, everything was great and I would definitely stay here again and will bring my iron next time!! :)

There was not enough towels in the room when we arrived. The room was not clean and supplied with clean towels on our second day stay. The room doesn’t have a coffee maker in the room. The ice machine was not working. We were not impressed with the cleaning staff or the lack of amenities for the price we paid. We will definitely not stay again!

The towels where fresh n clean. The manager Jennifer was great. She's a great people's person.. I definitely would come BK .. Her hospitality is very welcoming...

The room was clean and the bed comfortable; but it was inconvenient that no ice dispenser was available in the hotel. Also, I didn’t care for the strong pet odor and encounters with those pets on the elevator. My check in was virtual and was handled seamlessly by the hotel clerk. I was in town with my partner for a family reunion. I would definitely stay here again.

There was dry poop on the toilet

Very clean inside and out. The room was above expectations. One of the best lodging facilities I’ve been to. I have been to some places that people hang outside of the building and in the parking lot but this Woodspring did not have that and it made me feel a lot more comfortable. It is hard to think of something I did not like. It was a great stay.

I have no clue how or where I am going, however, my departure is 9/7/26 B4 11am. TY Elohim for the church that helped me pay. Bless it beyond measure, I asked in Jesus name. rh

Location was great just wish they did serve breakfest I loved everything

I arrived after 10pm and had to use the kiosk. It took the person 15 minutes of me standing in a Sauna while trying to figure out what she was doing. She finally transferred it to someone else for me to spend another 5 minutes to get checked in. However the reason I will never stay here again is that they broadcasted my room number on the kiosk and then let me know the key is inside in a community space in a cabinet with my name and room number on the pouch. When I opened this unlocked cabinet there were numerous room keys with names and room numbers clear as day. I am a female traveling alone. Needless to say I did not feel safe. It’s really sad because the room itself was clean and comfortable but I couldn’t sleep because I didn’t feel safe.

Jen and staff are so nice and helpful. Made our reservation and check in a breeze. Highly recommend this place.

Clean. Friendly. Safe and convenient area. Very affordable. Mostly comfortable. My only complaint was the bed was not that comfortable. Otherwise adequate and very good value for a low cost.

It’s always quiet and clean and secure. There is nothing I did not like. Everything was great.

I love everything about this place everyone helps you when you need it spacious just a great place to stay and be comfortable
