auto doors to help with luggage would be nice if you ever renovate

I never stayed at a woodsprings so I didn't know what to expect all I knew, was that the price was reasonable. I took a minute to check in because the rooms were still being cleaned and im not sure exactly why being it was pass 9pm. But anyway when we did checked in the room was very clean with a full size refrigerator and stove top and microwave. Wasn't expecting it to be so nice for the price. I would definitely book here again and suggest other's to book here too! Especially if your looking for an extended stay this is the perfect place. With a great price😀

The room was very clean. Its a little high to wash your laundry. The day of check out ladies have your clothes on cause the manager may just open your door. The person above me has no respect for anyone, he/she was loud every night till about 4am. The young lady having a baby and the lady that has been there for 6 months are amazing, thank you ladies and for our mail.

I liked how everything was clean. I didn’t like how there were no hand towels or anything to use to wipe my hands after washing. Other than that I have no complaints.

Booked this property due to the ‘newness’ (2025) and it wasn’t horrible but the AC was sporadic all night. Bed wasn’t the most comfortable and I mistakenly assumed that the fridge would keep my leftover food cold without me having to change the settings (I was wrong)

Eventhough I hated it had to pay an extra $40 for early check, I was great full that the option was available. Every thing was great.

I wouldn’t stay again. Bed a were hard and no amenities.

Elevator was broken. Staff up front was rude.

I made a reservation online. When I got to the hotel to check in. They said they didn’t have a reservation for me. I showed them my confirmation email. They said they didn’t have it.

Nothing, we got there to check in and they did not have us a room. Said they overbooked

Bare bones property. Very uncomfortable bedding, electrical outlets in bathroom and kitchenette didn't work, no Kleenex, no hair dryer. Entire facility has LVP flooring which gives it a very cold and bare look.

I would not recommend this hotel. There is a smell that cannot be described, one iron and ironing board for the entire hotel, booked three rooms, one room kept blowing a breaker, key card kept messing up all three rooms has 1/4 roll toilet paper, thin bedding, no coffee. Charged $500 per room each night, over priced.

The hotel was pet friendly which I can appreciate however if you don't like the smell of pets, the aroma could be a little overwhelming.

The property was really nice, clean and well kept. The room was nice a spacious and bathroom was cleaned well. The only issue we had we the bed was uncomfortable and lack of pillows on the bed. We checked in late and were unable to get more pillows.

Less than stellar. I requested late check out when I checked in, was never told that it would be extra at the late check in kiosk, only to be told abruptly the day of check out that we would not be able to have late check out because they 'were fully booked'. Bed was very uncomfortable & there was noise day & night. No Do Not Disturb sign to be found so housekeeping startled my dog & received a complaint gor her barking.

This property should be ashamed of themselves. Unacceptable for folks who plan and have reservations months ahead of the event.
