Baymont by Wyndham Anderson Clemson

Pool area wasent clean. Cigarette buts everywhere. Trash was full. Bathroom sink leaked the whole time

Very close to Clemson memorial stadium, staff was very nice Mold in the fridge/freezer. Fridge wasn’t working. Not very clean around the caulking of the bathtub

At check in the staff was vaping and talking on their personal cell phones while attempting to help customers. Help being a loose term here. Once checked into the room we found dirty towels on the floor and hanging on the back of the bathroom door. There were also fecal smears in the toilet. When we asked the front desk about the issues and asked if the towels could be replaced and the toilet cleaned we were told they had already done the best they could do.

The room

Nothing. Got given the wrong room, only a double bed instead of 2 doubles. Room was dirty and smelt like people had been smoking in it. Stains everywhere. Bathroom looked like a prison.

Location was perfect We saw 3 bugs as soon as we walked in the door, all alive. We stomped 2 of them and took pictures, apparently they are German Roaches. I left my luggage in the car. The ac was old and had the room cool but damp feeling, everything else looked recently remodeled.

The room was filthy. Was not comfortable using the bathroom and it smelled like cigarettes The outlets did not work so we were unable to use necessary medical equipment There was no part of the stay that was enjoyable other than I could sleep

Staff is great, but the rooms need some help.

Bed was comfortable, there was a substantial breakfast and suprisingly a pool The bathroom had a stained toilet and noisy shower faucet but water was hot and pressure was good.

Our first room was horrible neighbors blasted music til 1 am switched rooms in am, staff was great. Parking was good. East to find bed was very comfortable

I had asked for a bottom floor room at the last minute and they accommodated it with no problem. Bathroom door wouldn't shut all the way

The location and price is good for what I needed. The internet/wifi was down for most of the stay which effected the TV.

I loved the nice comfortable king bed. Had a refrigerator and microwave. Only thing is they don’t clean the rooms every day. You have to take out your own trash but not bad cuz trash cans right by room. I had to take my dirty towels to lobby and they gave me a set of clean ones. The breakfast is really good. I loved how you use waffle batter to put in waffle maker. They came out so thick and big. They also have biscuits and gravy that was good and a bunch of other goodies like muffins, toast , cereal, juices and more. Pool is really nice and good sized. All in all it was a really good stay.
