The room was very clean.

the beds and pillows were really comfy. pillows especially were very soft so if you like more firm pillows, i would suggest bringing your own. breakfast was good and the times were perfect. plenty of plug ins. several fast food & restaurant options nearby. it didn’t have curtains that closed

Fine stay. No complaints.

This trip was to meet my grandkids for the first time and have family time together and enjoy the pool. The office manager was rude and unprofessional from the moment I tried checking in. She yelled at us like it’s our fault for checking in. The pool was out of service the entire time. This hotel is definitely not family friendly or friendly. The stay was unpleasant. There was never a reception present when you needed key or any service day nor night hours. The office manager had the opportunity to speak to my son in law at a moment my daughter and I weren’t present to let him know that she would pray for him because he was with a Latin family. That statement was disrespectful and uncalled for and racist!!! The only time the manager tried to be friendly was during checkout out and wanted to address my first review from my prior room. She wanted to explain and excuse her attitude only because she was addressed or questioned. She wanted us to sympathize with her. How about the entire stay was horrible for us. It wasn’t fun, the attitude and remarks. The no service nor amenities were in service. It was my worst experience in a hotel. I have years of hotel experience and customer service experience is a must. Being friendly comes long way. The current management is lacking class and professionalism. She is not friendly, and should not pick and choose who you will be nice to. I would never stay nor recommend this hotel under her management!!! Absolutely disgusting service.

The property and management staff are exceptional. You will not be disappointed with your stay. The room was clean. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was great and there was ample parking.

Location Didn’t clean the room or make the bed but every 3 days

It was clean and good location The pool was closed when we got there. This was one of the main reasons we chose this place. Told us we could use their sister property down the road. Was the most disgusting pool I have ever seen. Green water rusted sides, even the furniture was old and broken.

Nice Curtains in the room was broken and there was no shower curtain in the bathroom

Checking In Was unpleasant with the manager being rude and disrespectful, the system was down and I couldn’t check in after driving 16 hours. the second day housekeeper who left a card stating he service us never took out the trash or did anything but my purse was touched and my money was taken missing $1000. Yet you are uncomfortable to address any issues because the manager is mean and disrespectful and rude. The pool was dirty it look like is never cleaned showing green on some parts inside the pool. There is never a reception on duty. Staying here has made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe with untrusted employees. They need a new manager who’s more respectful and responsible. The manager should have customer service and is more understanding. I have hotel experience and I have never witnessed such unprofessional management.
