The property was great and the staff amazing.

We did arrive to our room with a very minor issue. Upon leaving to grab a bite to eat, asked the desk to take care of minor issue. They offered to move our room entirely. There was no need for a room change, so I declined and they fixed the issue while we were at dinner. Also offered water upon check-in as a nice gesture. Clean and the AC was the coldest I've ever had a hotel. Bed was soft. Shower clean, amazing pressure and no end in sight of the hot water running out. Would absolutely stay again

The room we stayed in seemed a little outdated (some of the like dressers/office table had some damage to them). However great room! Great Morning breakfast! No issues with other guests or staff! We were super excited to swim in the pool on our stay but unfortunately it was closed down during our stay!

The air conditioner made a horrible noise therefore hard to sleep.

To start with at the check-in the employee was rude. . We got to room and it was not cleaned. We were not offered another room. We had someone coming to get us and needed our room to be able to put our luggage in it. . It was about 4:25 before room was available. Never plan to stay there again. Only reason I did not give it a one is because it is in the location we needed.

Bed was worn out. Non-smoking room had been smoked in.

Property was clean. Close to Clemson campus. AC was too loud and bed/pillow not comfortable to sleep on.
